I got this box. I was kind of disappointed at first because I did not know what this stuff even was, but the more I read about it, more interested I became. Did try it, had my first batch last week, and I love it, started my second batch on Friday. Love this box!

I make my own kombucha all the time! A lot of people don’t like it but I love it! It tastes very vinegar-y. Make sure that no mold grows on your scoby and if you do, start over right away! And make sure to keep your scoby in about 2 cups of kombucha to keep it fresh. And with every batch, a new scoby grows that you can give away, kinda like amish friendship bread. And it seems like this box makes ginger flavor kombucha but you can add any fruit juices after it is brewed and bottled. Don’t add it as it is being brewed or it will kill the scoby.
