My dogs loved this box! I can’t speak to the canceling part…I didn’t try. The toys and treats were different than our local pet store has and were of pretty good quality. So far so good on the chew toy. I have two pretty big chewers and they’ve played with the toy without denting it (significant)!

I got my box which I got a large for $4.99 shipping. It arrived fine. The items seem to be the same as pretty much everyone else. I saw on their site that they only work with a few companies so there is not much of a variety. I looked on some of the product’s sites and some on Amazon to come up with totals. The products I received did not even add up to what you pay if you have a monthly subscription. They do not meet the value of $42 or more as well. I canceled. This is one where you are not getting a good deal. This would be a good deal if you do not have pet stores in your area or do not have time to pick some up.

$9.99 rather than $4.99?

Yeah. Thats what they charged me. I thought maybe because its for a large dog. I still ordered it. Jusst wanted to see if anyone else got charged $9.99.

I just ordered it! Only thing I didnt understand was why it was $9.99 shipping? And it said it was a $42.00 value? Hmm. Maybe because he is a large dog?? Oh well! Still cant wait to get it!

And adding to that, you can’t really beat five bucks for a whole box full of stuff. Even if a couple of things are missing or it takes forever. I don’t really have an expectation for free stuff.
** So I wonder, if you choose the large dog box do you get more for the same price? Or less things but in larger size? I’d love to know that since I would definitely do a box for my two dogs. **
They are super-chewers though and those dinky little bones made for 10lb dogs (their size) are gone in ten minutes… I had to buy them both NylaBones for 50 lb dogs for them to quit going through three bones a day!

With other discounted “one-time-_%-off-first-box-then-cancel” types, I have had a couple difficult experiences with canceling. I think instead of giving them access to my credit card info, I am going to get a Walmart-Visa prepaid with like 50 bucks and just use that for subscriptions that I don’t plan on renewing. It’s very cumbersome trying to keep up with the dates of billing vs shipping and what to cancel when. Especially since the reviews for both receiving and canceling this particular box are pretty negative.

I heard some strange reviews about this subscriptions box. Some never got their boxes. :/

i’ll give it a try. be aware that you are signing up for future boxes also as part of this deal but they do state that you can cancel at any time. i don’t see any type of savings incentives on their site (ie. 3/6/12 month subscription with longer terms being cheaper) so i’ll more than likely not allow my subscription to continue after the $4.99 trial box.

Do you know if they offer ones for “power chewers”? It looks great otherwise…
