Spring Target Beauty Box

The Target Beauty Box is back! (Thank you so much to My Subscription Addiction reader Lyndsay for alerting us to this box!)

The box is $5 and a one time purchase. (There is a shipping charge - shipping and tax varies by state. Red Card members get free shipping). UPDATE - thanks to everyone for commenting. Shipping should be free, but isn't showing up as free right now. After you place your order call customer care and they will refund you for shipping.

The Beauty Box Includes:

1) TONI&GUY Casual Sea Salt Texturising Spray (2.5 fl oz): Want beachy hair without hitting the surf? Spray from root to tip for salty, sultry texture and subtle, windswept waves.

2) L’Oreal Voluminous Butterfly Mascara (.22 fl oz): Stretch and lengthen lashes for a fluttery, winged-out look with this unique mascara formula and revolutionary asymmetrical Butterfly Brush.

3) Herbal Essences Naked Dry Shampoo (1.7 oz): Give hair a rejuvenating boost with this paraben and colorant-free formula made with natural tapioca to instantly absorb excess oil with less residue.

4) COVERGIRL Smoochies Sizzle Gloss (.44 fl oz): Pucker up. Sheer color meets sizzling shimmer in a moisturizing formula that’s always stunning, never sticky.

5) Jergens BB Cream Light (2 fl oz): Finally, a multi-tasking beauty cream in a quick-drying formula that goes on sheer and delivers visible results in just 5 days.

Are you going to grab a box (or multiples?). I'm a little disappointed they are charging shipping this time, but I'll probably still end up buying one! (Check out my review of the last Target Beauty Box if you want to see what you can expect!)

How do I get notification on the next box? Also how often are these released? Seems like I’m always at least a day late! :o(

Thanks,
Michelle

It would be nice if they commented. That is also my question.

Did anyone else just receive an email stating that there was a delay in shipping? I ordered the stupid box on the 3rd after spending 20 minutes on the phone with customer service to get the free shipping (which wouldn’t get added back to my account for 10 days) and the thing hasn’t even shipped! By the time I get it, it will be over 20 days since I ordered it.

I received the email as well, but on the site when I ordered it, it stated that it included free shipping but could take 1-2 weeks to ship. Its annoying but I knew this was going to happen.

Hi! The shipping charge was a mistake. Call cs and they will refund the shipping.

Miranda

Went to the website and it’s sold out already.

It looks like the shipping issue has been resolved. I just placed my order, and free shipping was automatic, no need to call or email anyone. My order was a total of $5.29 with tax.

I received a reply from Target.com re: my trouble with customer service not being willing to take off my shipping charge…They assured me the matter was taken care of and told me to go ahead with my order and they would make sure the shipping was removed…of course they were out of stock when I went back and per Target customer service, they will not be restocking or getting anymore Beauty Boxes….

Looks like it’s sold out now 🙁

I too had the same issue w/ the shipping charge. I stopped the ordering process and utilized the instant chat/help that Target had on the site. The agent assured me of the removal of the shipping charge, however it would not be reflected for 7-10 days. I continued w/ the transaction and am hoping for the best.

Apply Promo Code “BeautyBox” at checkout if you order at least 3 boxes for $3 off any $15 beauty purchase! Definitely worth calling for the free shipping too! They put me on hold but no problems. I feel it’s a $20+ value. My three boxes with tax cost me $4.38 each – one for me & the other two are friends’ Easter/Spring gifts!

Well I tried the same thing everyone else did and customer service would NOT take off the shipping charge for me. I also was told a supervisor was NOT available to talk to me and that they would give me the same answer anyway. I am not going to buy a box and pay more for shipping than the box cost. My total was going to be $11.66. I told her nevermind and cancelled before it went through.

I would try calling again……I really think it depends on who you get on the phone……and by now you think Target would fix the problem. The first rep I got was incredibly rude and I had to ask for a supervisor multiple times before she would transfer me. I am not impressed at all with Target’s customer service after dealing with them on this.

I ordered it and was charged the 5.62 shipping. I called customer service and argued with the rep on the phone for 5 min because she said that it didn’t qualify for free shipping and then I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said that it should have free shipping and that they are having a glitch on their website so that is why it is being charged (when it shouldn’t – just like what other people here have commented). Thank you everyone here for commenting about contacting customer service about the shipping 🙂 I would have given up with the first rep if I hadn’t read here that other people were getting their shipping refunded.

I’m seeing a shipping fee too. Hoping they sort this out before the boxes sell out. I don’t have time to haggle with customer service at the moment.

Dana

Same happened to me, only I didn’t think to ask for a supervisor, but about 10 minutes after getting off the phone I received an email stating that my shipping charges were refunded.

I got it and even with the shipping prince its worth it because i plan on using everything. The mascara and gloss are full size, approx $6 each, the tony and guy, herbal essence, and jergens, are all travel size and are approx $2-$3 each. even if I only used the mascara and gloss the box is worth the price. I’m fairly excited to try these different brands, and the price is worth it.

I ordered two for $11!! I am NOT a redcard holder. I called and got the shipping waived as this is a glitch. Soooo excited to try it!!

Dawn

I ordered 3 – thanks for the heads up!! All great travel items for me and cheaper than buying in the sample aisle. With my Redcard – discount and free shipping (w/out the hassle of calling customer service).

For anyone who wanted to order a Target beauty box: I called Target and they said that there’s a glitch in the system! (Not sure as to whether they’re working on fixing it or not)…but the box was only $5.64 with tax & shipping. Shipping is free (I’m not a red card holder)!! Right before you complete your order, just give them a call and they’ll remove it within the minute! 🙂

Sandy

i wish i could get this, it’s such a great deal….. it doesn’t ship to Georgia T^T WHY

Sneaky Burrito

Well then I guess I couldn’t order it even if I wanted to. Oh well.

Liz

I just called and they said if you were charged shipping to call them and they will adjust the price 🙂

Reply ButtonReply

Dana

Is the free shipping just for red card members?

Reply ButtonReply

Tida

I’m ordering! yay for free shipping + 5% off!! Can’t wait to try the TONI&GUY Casual Sea Salt Texturising spray.

Nicole

Stephanie is correct – the description says free shipping, and the shipping charges are a mistake. I just called and got it refunded.

Reply ButtonReply

Haley

It is a glitch in the system!! I ordered two, and it said I would pay $6 shipping — I called customer service, and they said that it was a mistake on Target’s part and refunded me the shipping fee after I bought my boxes. Give them a call before you order! 🙂

rebecca

how often does target do these boxes??

Reply ButtonReply

cheryl

They used to give these out for FREE….the last one I paid for even at $5 was not worth it. A store a big as Target should give these for free, they are samples and they usually include coupons for items to be used at their store. Passing on this one.

Reply ButtonReply

Natalya

I miss when these were free too 🙁

Reply ButtonReply

Stephanie

Is supposed to be free shipping….I just called customer service and it is a glitch! If you call them and give them your cart number, they will have you complete the order and then waive shipping (until the glitch is fixed). It even says free shipping in the description. 🙂
