Prize Candle Subscription Review

The Prize Candle Club is a monthly jewelry surprise candle subscription - every month you get a new featured scent candle, and once it burns down for several hours it will reveal a ring worth anywhere from $10 to $5000.

With Prize Candle you also can buy candles individually without signing up for the monthly club. When you add a candle to your cart you will see this:

Just click the "No Thank You." under the Save Now button if you want to try out Prize Candle without signing up for their club subscription.

The scent I got to try is Island Citrus. It's a nice summery scent.

And this is what my prize looked like immediately after pulling it out of the melted wax candle with tweezers. (I think this is the adult version of getting the free toy out of the cereal box - I couldn't wait for the wax to melt down!)

Prize Candle Subscription Review & Free Candle Coupon Ring Info

The ring sizes vary between 6-10, and come with a code so you can go back to the Prize Candle site and get your ring appraised. (I really like this part since I tried another similar candle/ring before and had no idea if I had received a valuable ring!)

A better look at my ring. I entered the code on their site and found that it's worth...

$25 - not bad, although I probably wouldn't know the difference between a $10 and $25 ring.

Verdict: I enjoyed my Prize Candle experience - the ring isn't my style, but I'm sure someone will enjoy it as a gift! And the candle itself was very nice! I'm not sure yet if I'd recommend subscribing, or just buying Prize Candles when there are deals. Personally I think I'd prefer to just wait for a deal like this 222 coupon and stock up so I can pick out the scents I want and get them 50% off!

Have you tried Prize Candle before? What do you think of it?

I’ve purchased 2 of them. Love the scents- that I got- and they last a while. My only complaint is that the rings I got in both were low value, and the candles are fairly expensive.

This is such a fun idea! I’ve purchased them in the past and always had to give the rings away. But now since I make candles, I did something like this for my mom with a pair of sapphire earrings that I knew she’d love. I don’t think I’d ever buy a prize candle again.

Thank you for the code.
The jewelry doesn’t seem as high of a value as some of the other jewelry candles but these will still make great gifts!
So scary but it will be the holiday season before you know it and 4 candles with jewelry for $50 is pretty hard to pass up.
I might go back for another group to have a couple to keep.
