Wantable Accessories Subscription Box Review – August 2014

I got the same Leslee scarf … In my September box. First time I added scarves, figured it was safe for fall. Wrong… mine was punk and cream lace. Really? For September? For atyle i chose Rock and roll and glam My own fault I guess for adding them . I’ve had the worst luck with this sub.

Trying again. Love my box!
1. Rachael Scarf – mix of coral, mint, and yellow.
2. Kaleigh Scarf – feathery print on a taupe background.
3. Lola Watch – small face with beaded bands. I’ve been wearing this today.
4. Charlotte watch – larger face with textured leather band and rhinestone studded face. Red-orangey color.

I redid my survey for hair accessories for September.

Omg!! I saw the vest thingy and thought wow that’s really cute and then I saw the name and it’s my name!! I think I need this! Lol

I get the intimates box and love it most of the time. Although last month I didn’t like. Can I still send it back?

I’m so frusterated, my second month with sub’ing to the intimates and accessory boxes and all 4 have been horrible. I guess I will be un subb’ing and yes I’m sending them back. Next….what box to choose? I mean you all should see the stuff I got, it’s so bad. I’m happy you got a great box but it really seems those that to reviews and such do get amazing stuff.

I got the scarf/vest in mine, too! I was thinking it might work in vest form at a bathing suit coverup? Though I’m trying to decide whether to keep my box–like the two scarves I got, the necklaces less so. One is ok, the other is hideous. Certainly not part of the lacy filigree/dainty beads theme they said they were following! I think they’re leftovers from the Aztec look.

I received mine today and LOVE it! I got a green and gold scarf- which I will swap, not my style, and then earrings, a ring, and a bracelet, that I absolutely love! Total success!

No matter what adjustments I make to my accessories sub I never get scarves. I limited myself to the minimum like/love items required (you can’t like just one category; I confirmed with Wantable) and that left scarves and rings; I received 4 necklaces. Unlike the intimates sub where I’ve managed to “master” the quiz settings, it just doesn’t work here. I’ve called and of course they always offer returns but it’s such a pain in the rear having to package things back up and drag to the post office. I’m starting to wonder if they have different management for each of the three subs they offer since 2/3 of them are always spot on and this one is an epic fail every time I get it. I’ve requested specific lingerie items in the intimates box and received them but I can’t get anything from an entire category even when it’s my only “love” item. Kind of absurd and frustrating.

I felt much better when I realized it was the accessories box you were reviewing – I thought this was the intimates for some reason (I guess the scarves looked like clothing to me). I saw the headband with the sparkles and thought Wantable had sent you a super racy g-string for a second. Haha! This is a great box – I love the vest and the scarf. I wish I was better at wearing those – I always feel like a dork when I try to wrap them and make them look cute. I envy the ladies who rock them like I’m sure you will!

This seems like a good Wantable Accessories box. I like the vest/scarf combo! I have the same lace scarf. I bought mine from Cents of Style for $10.
