This month the destination is Austin Texas. My husband and I went to Austin 3 years ago for SXSW, and we've been wanting to go back ever since - it is such a great city!
Indigo Cloth Napkins - Value $25
These are beautifully dyed, and the fabric is a good heavy duty material. (This napkin set makes me wish I had a beach house! But then, most things do!)
Flash Tattoos - Value $22
Temporary tattoos have been popping up in subscription boxes this summer, and while I feel a little too old for the trend, I'm kind of in love with these metallic tattoos! (I love that they mimic jewelry).
Vinca Laser Cut Earrings - Value $16
Stubb's Bar-B-Q All-Natural Spice Rub - Value $7
We love Stubb's Bar-B-Q products, and this run is great for me since it's natural, gluten-free and the seasoning is sugar-free too. (Most barbecue sauces have a lot sugar, so this is a great way for me to get the taste without the sugar!)
Work Like a Captain, Play Like a Pirate Print - Value $25
This print is cute (again makes me want a beach house), and I love that they use eco-friendly inks and materials.
Verdict: This box has a value of about $95. For the $70 a month cost of the Deluxe box, I think the value is really good, and the curation is fantastic. My only critique of this box is that it would have been a much more appropriate June box since so many of the items seem summer-inspired. What do you think of the August Hazel Lane box?
