New Eco Emi Cosmetics Box!

Eco Emi Cosmetics Box

Eco Emi has a new one-time purchase box - the Cosmetics Box.

From Eco Emi: Our newest box is here! It's worth over $87, and all you pay is $20. Included are 11 awesome cosmetic items that are sure to primp and pamper. This is only a one time purchase, not a recurring subscription.

Are you grabbing one? I'm thinking about it -since I imagine there should be a few full size products. (I'm guessing that image is just a generic makeup photo though).

I just subscribed to Eco Emi and wanted some items to keep me occupied while waiting for my first box in the mail. This “Cosmetics” box is 1 of 3 boxes I ordered in addition to the monthly subscription. I have to say that shipping was quick, customer service was great answering every question I had promptly, and all items are accounted for. 1 item arrived damaged, awaiting a response from customer service.

I am very happy with the products for the $20 I paid. This box did not include a card identifying where I can purchase included items, the value of each item, size of products, or what they are used for so I am a little disappointed with this product in that regard. I am new to a lot of these products so it would be nice to know where I can buy them or what they are used for!

Below are the items I received in my box:

1. Gourmet Body Treats Powder – Label only includes ingredients list. No size, color etc. listed or manufacturer information? Not sure if this is a sample size or full size.

2. The All Natural Face Diva Stix in Black Kohl – Label shows ingredients only. Appears to be full size.

3. Mary Yang All Natural Lip Sparkle in Love Struck – This item includes manufacturer information and ingredients list. I’m not sure if this is a sample or full size product.

4. Lauren Brooke Cosmetiques Pressed Eyeshadow Duo in Smokey Quartz/Twilight. This item arrived with the eye shadow crumbled and leaking powder in my box. Appears to be full size.

5. The All Natural Face Edible Cocoa “Love Dust”. Label with ingredients only. Not sure if it’s full size or sample size.

6. Whooty Hoot Creations Rose Cuticle Oil. Not sure if it’s sample or full size. Interesting oil with real rose petals in the oil.

7. “Whitelighter”, eye shadow? Couldn’t read the manufacturer label, tiny print! Appears to be sample sized.

8. Suncoat Water-based nail polish. Does not show what color this polish is. Appears to be full size.

9. Purely You Minerals, lip product?, in Dawn. Not sure if it’s full size or sample sized.

10. The All Natural Face Vegan Gel Eyeliner in Caramel Brownie .43 fl oz. I’m assuming full size product.

11. Potion Witch Apothecary Honey Bee Lip Balm. No size/ingredients etc. listed.

I hope this review helps!

Gourmet Body Treats is a company that has been in business for almost 20 years and was started by a woman seeking products that she could use for rosacea and having a hard time finding them. She started making products that she could use which lead into a business.

She started a subscription box business in addition to her regular business earlier this year. This is my favorite beauty sub. I can’t use everything because of my eye disease, but the items I can use are great. She is responsive to emails. Love, Love, Love. The Powder is full-size.

I understand what you mean about having a card. There are a few of us that bought the same boxes so ask away if you have a question. The posts show up on the discussion tab. I enjoy using the cuticle oil and even bought one for my sister for Christmas as part of the $10.00 custom box.

I just got this box in today and let me tell u it is AWESOME! I got all, and I mean ALL GREAT ITEMS! It’s like the box that kept on giving!! I will use everything that’s in it, it is such a neat box, it was nicely presented in the box. I had a other special gift box of products that came in the regular Eco Emi box that I can definitely reuse for Christmas!! I loved this box SO much that I went back to the ECOEMI website and got the big 20 piece custom box for 35$, which was so much fun to pick out products that I liked the best and another bonus only like 1-2 items I got in the 19.99 box were options for the custom boxes, they really had a Super Nice selection to pick from, both are great deals to say the least, there worth it for sure. I’m just getting into all natural products and ECOEMI is a great place to start!!

My cosmetic box arrived today.

**SPOILERS**

1. The All Natural Face Edible Cocoa ” Love Dust” – I saw this being offered on build your own box. It sounds interesting.

2. Gourmet Body Treats (I get their sub box and love them!!!) Raw Finishing Powder .25 ounces – Very excited about this. I love, love, love my Gourmet Body Treats sub boxes.

Items in a manilla envelope inside the box.

3. Lauren Brooke Cosmetiques Pressed Eyeshadow Duo Smokey Quarts/Twilight 1.8 grams. It’s a cute compact that has a mirror and has what looks light and dark grey colors.

4. PotionWitch Apothecary Honey Bee Lip Balm in a small round container.

5. Suncoat water based nail polish 8 ml. I can’t find the name of the color; it is pink. What is water based nail polish???

6. Whooty Hoot Creations Rose Cuticle Oil. This is absolutely adorable. I am going to use it today. It has rose petals in it.

7. Brija Cosmetics Whitelighter – not sure what this is. I will need to check it out more.

Under the shredded paper and in between the tissue paper

8. Marie Natie Marie Yang All Natural Lip Sparkle – Marie Natie Love Struck. I’m guessing it is a deluxe sample size. It looks like a pretty pinkish red.

9. The All Natural Vegan Gel Eyeliner – Caramel Brown .43 fluid ounce

10. The All Natural Face Diva Stix Black Kohl – looks full size.

11. Purely You Minerals Dawn – Mauve looking lip balm??

I wrote this as I was unboxing the box. I am going to research some of the items further later today. Very excited to see Gourmet Body Treats!!! I can’t wait to try out the Rose Cuticle Oil. It reminds me of what the Rose body Oil/wash (can’t remember) looks like in the BB LE box. I’m really happy with my first look and can’t wait to look at it deeper.

You are welcome.

I should add that this box is most defiantly worth $20+ for me. I can’t attest to the true retail value of the box. I’m limited in what I can use for cosmetics and to receive a box where I can use most items is exciting for me.

Thanks for sharing, sounds wonderful. My box should arrive today!

PA Anna

I received a second tracking number today. My other tracking number is delivering tomorrow which I think will be the monthly box. Either way I think it is safe to say that this box has a tracking number associated to it.

I received a tracking number and do not know if it is for the monthly or cosmetic box. Looks like I will be surprised by the contents.

Emily

If it turns out it’s for the cosmetics box, would you consider posting the contents? I am tempted…

Will do!

Do I have to already be an EcoEmi monthly subscriber to order this? It doesn’t ask for payment information or an address, just a PayPal email address (and I don’t use PayPal.)

PA Anna

Liz or someone else will probably be able to answer better than me. It will give you a place to put in your shipping address. Also, I think that you can have PayPal process your order without having an account. I’m not a 100% sure on that. I think Eco Emi only accepts Paypal, but I am not a 100% sure. I hope I was able to help you some.

I can’t type when I have a 6 year old talking. You do not need to be a monthly subscriber to purchase the box.

Kelly

I grabbed one, I am trying to detox my beauty routine. Plus, I had paypal credit, box cost me cost me 29 cents. Thank you Liz.

I ordered it. Even if I can use only a few products it should be worth it. The holidays are coming up and it will be nice to switch things up a little.

I’d love to see the contents/see a review on this before picking it up!
