The Net-A-Porter Beauty Holiday Kit is one of my all-time favorite limited edition boxes from 2014! It's packaged beautifully (great for gifting), and also the curation is excellent.
My Subscription Addiction paid for this box. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Earth Tu Face’s Face Balm (25ml/ 0.9oz.) FULL SIZE! Value $68
Verso’s Retinol 8-infused Day Cream (15ml/ 0.51oz.) Value $30
Tata Harper’s Rejuvenating Serum (15ml/ 0.5oz.) Value $45
I've been using all three of these skincare items, and I'm a fan of all of them. I had already sampled the Verso Day Cream thanks to Net-A-Porter's amazing Summer Kit box, and it is a relatively lightweight cream that absorbs quickly. (FYI it does contain Retinol).
The Tata Harper serum has such a soothing natural scent and I think it is great for sensitive skin.
Lastly, the Earth Tu Face Face Balm was the item I was most skeptical about trying - it felt a little weird putting a balm on my face at first. I got over that though - I think this balm is lovely and perfect for anytime your skin is really dry. (Also - I sometimes don't like rose scented products, but didn't find the rose in this face balm overpowering at all).
Chantecaille’s Liquid Lumiere Anti-Aging Face illuminator in Sheen (23ml/ 0.8oz.) FULL SIZE! Value $39
Ilia’s nourishing Bang Bang Lip Conditioner (4ml/ 0.14oz.) FULL SIZE! Value $26
I originally tried this Face Illuminator by applying it directly to my face a little too liberally. It does provide a lot of shimmer/sheen, so for a more everyday look I've found it works better for me when I mix a drop of it with my BB Cream for a more luminous skin look.
This Illa lip conditioner goes on somewhat sheer (it's not a lipstick even though it looks like one). I like it, since it's pretty much the only way I think I can wear a bold red color (very subtly).
Renouve’s Anti-Aging Everyday Defense Hand-Sanitizer (30ml/ 1oz.) FULL SIZE! Value $29
SHOW Beauty’s Divine Thickening Lotion (150ml/ 5.1oz.) FULL SIZE! Value $63
I never would think of spending $29 on a hand sanitizer, but I guess since this one also promising anti-aging benefits, it's more than just a hand sanitizer. It is scented, but the scent fades somewhat quickly. I think I would consider this more of a anti-aging hand treatment that also happens to be a hand-sanitizer, than the type of hand sanitizer I carry around in my purse.
This Divine Thickening Lotion is so gorgeous just to look at! (I totally am guilty of getting enamored with product packaging). Anyway, aside from looking stunning on your vanity, I think this is a pretty great hair product too. I've only been using a small amount at a time of a little more volume - I'm not sure how much more I could apply without getting into a sticky or crunchy hair situation, but so far so good!
This Works Sleep Plus Pillow Spray (5ml/ 0.17oz.) Value $3
B the Eyebrow Experts’ Clear Brow Gel (5ml/ 0.17oz.) FULL SIZE! Value $30
De Mamiel’s Rosehip and Coconut-enriched Salvation Body Oil (30ml/ 1oz.) Value $15
I like the scent of this Pillow Spray, but I wish it was free of perfume - I pretty much only need lavender oil!
This eyebrow gel works great, but I must admit eyebrow gel is one of those items that I've never been disappointed in - I've never met an eyebrow gel that didn't do what it was supposed to!
This body oil is free from synthetic ingredients, and the scent is like nothing I've ever sampled before. (It's a blend of so many different oils). It's a great after-shower body oil, and I'm sure I will use every last drop.
Susanne Kaufmann’s multi-tasking Shower/ Shampoo treatment (50ml/ 1.7oz.) Value $13
Malin & Goetz’s oil-free Vitamin b5 Body Moisturizer (29ml/ 1oz.) Value $5
Erno Laszlo’s soothing Phelityl Pre-Cleansing Oil and Sea Mud Deep Cleansing Bar (15ml/ 0.5oz.) Value $10?
This shampoo is supposed to be a shampoo, conditioner and body wash in one. I typically don't do well with shampoo and conditioner in one products, so I haven't gotten around to sampling this one yet. (If you've tried it and recommend it let me know!)
I like pretty much every scent of Malin & Goetz product I've sampled through subscription boxes, and this body lotion is another win for me.
The Erno Laszlo pre-cleansing oil and deep cleansing bar are meant to be used together - first you apply a drop of the oil to your face, then you follow it with the cleanser bar.
Verdict: This box has an amazing value (about $376), and so many high-end luxe products! I'm actually thinking of buying a second box since I've fallen in love with so many of the products. Did you get the Holiday Beauty Kit when it first launched? What were your favorite products?
FYI - I recommend grabbing one of these boxes immediately if you want one - last time they were available they sold out in less than 48 hours.
