I wish I had read these reviews before tiring this out. Their number is supposedly 510-768-7859. I called and of course it went to voice mail. I’m disputing their charge on my credit card. When you try to use their contact us form the DNA address cannot be reached.Their facebook page doesn’t allow you to review it. I asked for a new password because the one I created doesn’t work. It’s now been 4 hours since I first requested a new password. Don’t get this box at best their customer service is HORRIFIC. At worst they are a fake company.

Avoid this company at all costs! Their website is rigged so you mistakingly sign up for two subscriptions and cannot prevent it. After emailing 6 times to two different email addresses and calling their fake phone number 8 times to no avail, I wrote on their FB message thread that if I don’t get any response I would take legal action. This is after I messaged them about 5 times asking for help with my order. Also, they sure do promise way too much in the name of altruism if you subscribe to their bundle program: saving elephants, planting trees, etc. If so, where’s the evidence and where is the media attention? There is none. Here is what I sent to the Better Business Bureau:

This company is unbelievably difficult to contact via phone and email. I finally had to submit a message to their Facebook page and it was still unsuccessful in terms of my complaint. First of all, the website’s ordering process is misleading and very difficult to navigate, thus resulting in double subscription orders, no free shipping –even after it clearly states orders will be free after an order of $50, which I placed–and incorrect contact information. After unknowingly signing up and paying for (without confirmation page before placing order) two –I only signed up for one– subscription orders, my credit card was charged $164 and change. Within 2-3 minutes of receiving my email confirmation and looking at my credit card charge, I called the customer service number listed in the “I Need Help” section of the website. It also lists the same exact number if you want to cancel or make changes to your subscription. I even filled out an email section, which I assumed went to the the same email address as the “I Need Help” section. Still, nothing. I called the phone number listed but an automated voice explained that a voicemail account had not been set up. Nothing. I called two more times that day and the same response. I emailed the company (per the address listed in the “I Need Help” section) 4 times, but still nothing. I Facebook messaged the company and explained the situation and even sent photos of their email address listed. A rep named Chloe responded saying that she had not received any of my emails sent to her address at : [email protected]. Excuse me, but the website clearly lists [email protected] as their contact info. and not the [email protected]. I went on Facebook and messaged this clarification. Still no response. Apparently, someone tried to contact me via phone, but when I tried to call back, there was a robocall sound. Nobody responded. No human voice whatsoever which makes me think that this company is a scam. So, I am out $164 for items that I did not intend to order and nobody has bothered to take care of it. Interesting to think how quickly this company processes your order via credit card and does not even take the time to help you with an order that you did not place. Oh, and one of the reps–via Facebook–said that since I called at 9:00 am my time and it was 11:00 in Miami then there was an issue with jet lag. That explanation is absurd. Someone needs help with what jet lag really is. Needless to say, be VERY wary of this company!!! I am beginning to question whether or not this company is even legitimate in terms of it being 100% organic.

I wish I had read this too. Placed an order amd received 3 wrong products out of the 6 or 7 I was able to purchase. The certified organic seal is definitely STILL incorrect and not on all the bottles, the contact page does not exist, thr labels on the packaging or very different from the website.. I can go on. I am actually afraid to USE these products on my children. And youtubers have the nerve to be happily review these products as their favorites which are clearly lies since they pick up one bottle they consider staples in their regimen when you can’t even purchase 1 bottle! I also hope my credit card is not charged again. Shame on them!!

I’m so sorry this has happened to you too!!! 🙁 the youtubers promoting their products really infuriates me!!
Unfortunately they kept charging me ($300) and I had to cancel my bank account in order to stop it. Thankfully after months of effort I ended up getting a $200 refund only after threatening legal action. It’s not the best outcome but I hope it doesn’t get to this for you!!

do not buy from this company they are so unresponsive to all contact & keep debiting money from my account for 5 months now and I am yet to receive a single product. i know many other friends having the same problem please don’t make the mistake. getting in contact with them via email is not an option as they never reply so my friends and I comment on their Instagram posts but they just get deleted & no reply. hopefully this stops some people from purchasing xx

I made the mistake of getting the Gilt City deal. I had no problem putting in the initial order but that was it. My suspicions were aroused when the welcome email had multiple typos and most of the links on their site do not work. I emailed once and got no response. Finally got response to 2nd email – basically stated they were swamped and she would look into my email. About a week after my 3rd email I got a package from them. Four bottles, a tiny jar of moisturizer and a bar of soap all crammed in a padded envelope. Fortunately, nothing broke. The pictures on their site show large 12oz bottles. All my bottles were 8oz and different style from pix. Supposedly there is supposed to be an accessory item from the originating country – nada. They also sent the wrong cleanse. I emailed them letting them know of my disappointment and asking to cancel – of course I have not heard back. They also charged twice for shipping – the gilt city deal stipulated that there was a $4 shipping charge.
Oh well, lesson learned. I just hope they don’t try to charge me again.

My apologies in advanced for being a downer. Maybe I should have spoken up sooner. I’m speaking from my experience as a certified organic farmer.

It really bothers me that the USDA Organic seal is incorrect. It’s incorrect on their website and on their product. The FDA doesn’t like that. You can lose your organic certification over that.

I’m not sure how they got permission to display the seal that way. I’ll link the proper colors in a minute. There’s also rules on the size and placement of the seal.

I also don’t understand how they were able to put a new organic item on the market for sub boxes only. I wasn’t able to find additional information about this company.

I should have proofread my comment! The “USDA”, not FDA, does not like it when you have the seal incorrect.

The only thing I could find out about the company was that their whois shows the registrar and technical person both to be Norman Sadler of NKS Associates Ltd, Ambassador House 3 Copthorne Road Croxley Green, Rickmansworth, Herts, WD3 4AB, Great Britain. I wonder how USDA rules are enforced when a company is based in another country?

I bought two vouchers from Gilt City: one for me and one for my sister. The first time I tried to use a voucher, I received an error message stating the voucher code was not recognized. I contacted Gilt and they contacted Truly Organic and said it should work now. So I tried again. The code seemed to work but the site would not let me complete the ordering process – the area where I’d put shipping and payment info was all gray and I couldn’t click on anything. I tried calling Truly Organic yesterday morning and after leaving a message on their machine I have yet to get a call back from them. If it’s this hard to contact them and/or order, how easy will it be to stop them from charging me every month if I don’t want the boxes in the future?

Laura

That’s not promising. I’m sure Gilt City will refund you if the company can’t fulfill the order and isn’t responding. I had called and left message and never got a response, but did get varied responsiveness by email. I was mainly trying to learn more about the company before purchasing and since I wasn’t able to get enough info and there weren’t any reviews, I passed on the deal.

Thanks Laura. Lesson learned!

I don’t recognize this brand and am not able to find any additional information about them. Is this a brand new to the market brand?

55$ a month? I might consider this for an established brand that I loved (hello, Balanced Guru), but this one is an easy pass for me.

Count me in for a Balanced Guru box!

Hm, on their FAQ page: https://www.trulyorganic.com/content/15-faq they state they have free worldwide shipping. I recommend emailing them ([email protected]) if you are charged shipping.

I also saw a new box called Pearlesque Box that is all natural skincare. So many natural boxes it’s hard to choose.

Agreed!
The only one I’ve tried is Petit Vour (I liked it but canceled due to product overload) and I’ve considered trying Goodebox, Kloverbox, Yuzen, Vegan Cuts Beauty Box… there are so many more!

And then some other new ones are: the Nourish Beauty Box, the Green Box by La Natura, Love Goodly, and PureBox by Devine Beauty Emporium.

I currently get Petit Vour, Goodebox and Vegan Cuts. I love all three, but I’ve only been subbing a few months.
