Loot Crate unveiled an exclusive box and NYCC this year - and made it available to purchase for a limited time, luckily we were able to get one!

Unfortunately, this is no longer for sale, it sold out quickly!

The Cost: $50 plus $7 shipping in the US ($12 shipping for International customers)

The Products: "This 100% EXCLUSIVE NYCC Crate features CREEPY zombies, ghouls and fearsome creatures!  Will you run and hide or fight them head on? This spine-chilling crate contains epic items from Resident Evil, Child's Play, Guillermo del Toro's Crimson Peak and more!"

Good To Know: This is 100% exclusive, so I'll be pulling a lot of value from what items are going for on resale sites like eBay.

Each box came with a COA for the box. All the items are exclusive, like October's Loot Crate, and there are only 10,000 boxes available!

loot-crate-creepy-info

It came with a cool, ghost shaped, unique info card! The front of this card can be seen later in the review.

Glow-in-the-Dark Chucky Vinyl Figure - Value $29.99+

First up is this 6 inch Chucky vinyl figure. I'm loving this item, and the thought that maybe we could we more exclusives like this vinyl in their regular box has me excited for future Loot Crates! Fingers crossed. The feet, arms, and head all articulate more than I originally expected, so you can pose this little killer in a lot of different ways.

Here's a look out of the box!

Crimson Peak Funko POP NYCC Exclusive - Value $39.99+

Up next is a POP from the new movie Crimson Peak. This exclusive is the bloody, knife-wielding, version of Edith. I haven't seen the movie yet, but I love all things Funko POP - it's going into the collection!

Here's a closer look, out of the box.

Mini Glow-in-the-Dark Zombie Gnome - Value $24.99+

This is a small 4 inch terracotta gnome with glow in the dark eyes! I'm already trying to think of a spot to put him for trick of treaters to see. It might be challenging since he's so tiny!

Fear in a Can Sound Effects

This little sounds effects machine is shaped like an airhorn, and loaded with 9 different Halloween sounds. Again, great for trick or treaters this week!

Resident Evil Umbrella Corp.

This exclusive umbrella is a play on the Resident Evil Umbrella Conglomerate! Nicely played, Loot Crate.

So, here is the front of the info card, as promised at the beginning, and lastly...

Blackest Night Collector Card Set - Value $24.99+

These are awesome. I'm not a big card person, but these are beautifully done. It includes 3, 3.5x5-inch cards that are also glossy and reflective. The three cards included are LC02-1 (Black Lantern Batman and Black Hand), LC02-1 (Black Lantern Superman), and LC02-1 (Black Lantern Corps)

Here are all three!

Verdict: While I would have loved to be at NYCC and grabbed this myself, it was still awesome to be able to grab one from Loot Crate! I'm always weary of 100% exclusive boxes, but Loot Crate is getting some really quality exclusive items - just check out their October box to see what I mean! Maybe Loot Crate is moving towards a more exclusive based box now that they're the biggest of the geek boxes, and if we can expect exclusives like we've seen this month - I'm all for it!

What did you think of this exclusive Loot Crate box? Would you be excited to see more and more exclusives each month?

That umbrella is a little slice of awesome. That Chucky figure is both awesome and terrifying (but I do have a slight creepy doll phobia – and now O just imagined Chucky “running” down the hallway in the first Chucky. Great…).

my boyfriend went to comic con so I made him get me a box (I didn’t know they were going to put it online) and I’m so happy I did I love everything in it though in thought the sound maker was an actual air horn haha

Ohhh, that umbrella. Think Geek or one of those shopping sites used to have one. I should have bought it then. This looks like it was fun crate!
