This mascara is one of my new top favorites! (Right up there with tarte!) It provides volume, length, no clumping, and lasted the entire day without smudges, etc.

Got Inked™ Cushion Eye Liner in Smoky Quartz Ink - Value $28

I love the cushion sponge applicator of this eye liner! (I have a close up photo of the sponge below). The formula of the eyeliner is super pigmented with a little shimmer, and goes on so smoothly. (Free of parabens, sulfates and phthalates too!)

And when you attach the pieces it has a calligraphy pen-look! It is officially the prettiest makeup brush in my collection!

Stay All Day® Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner in Intense Black - Value $22

This liquid eyeliner works well. Nothing too special compared to other liquid eyeliners, but it does the job and stays put. (Swatched below).

Stay All Day® Liquid Lipstick in Beso - Value $24

I've sampled this liquid lipstick before thanks to Birchbox and it offers intense pigment! The finish is somewhat matte, but not too drying, and I would recommend adding a balm or lipgloss over it for a little moisture.

One Step Correct - Value $36

This is both a primer, a color corrector, and a brightening serum. Here is what it looks like out of the bottle:

And here is what it looks like when you realize you just swatched way too much on your hand and try to rub it in:

Good news! When I applied a smaller amount on my face I had no problem with it completely becoming invisible. I didn't think I noticed a huge decrease in redness, but I my foundation looked more even when applied, so I'm happy with this product and can see a subtle difference compared to my regular primer/foundation combo.

Verdict: I think both of these boxes are great values if you will use all the items. My personal favorite is the Modern Goddess Box because I will use all the items, the makeup brush is so fun, and all products are free of parabens and phthalates! I like the Best Sellers box as well, but I don't wear a bold lip often, so the liquid lipstick won't get much use.
