Ipsy is a monthly beauty and makeup subscription box. Each month you get full-size or deluxe-sized products, plus a cute makeup bag. I think it’s one of the best value beauty subscriptions and a great way to build out your makeup collection on the cheap!
This is one of my top recommendations if you are looking for a beauty box - the value and sample sizes are amazing. (Check out my list of the Top Beauty Boxes for 2016 and our reviews of Cheap Subscription Boxes for more recommendations!)
(FYI – Just like Birchbox, Ipsy sends out many different variations of their bag each month – so my review is just one of the bag variations you might receive!)
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Each month, ipsy subscribers get a makeup bag in addition to their 5 items. I think this design is pretty fun, and very bright!
Now onto the items!
Peter Lamas Youth Revival 5 Oil Hair Treatment Mask - .75 oz Value $3.35
This is my favorite discovery in the box this month. It's a paraben and sulfate free formula, and the scent is amazing. It's simple enough to use too - just apply it to your damp hair in the shower and let it sit for 3 minutes before washing out. It made my hair softer and less frizzy immediately. I just wish the sample size was larger! (This is about 2 uses for my shoulder length hair.)
Rodial Stem Cell Cleansing Cream - 1 oz Value $11.75
This formula is designed to be used as both a daily cleanser and a mask. To use it as a mask, just apply it and let it sit for 15 minutes. I've tried it out as a cleanser and found it to be very gentle and not drying. It does have a perfume scent, though, so it might not be for everyone.
Colour Pop Creme Gel Liner in Get Paid - FULL SIZE! Value $5
This liner goes on so smoothly and it has great staying power too. The shade is a shimmery copper/rose gold. ColourPop is one of those inexpensive brands I discovered through subscription boxes that has consistently impressed me with the pigmentation!

Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Lounge - .85 g Value $10.75
This eyeshadow shade is magic! It looks green in the pan, but it has a duo chrome effect, so you get the green iridescence in certain lighting/angles and a redder base. It goes on so smoothly, and the pigment is fabulous too. (Not surprising considering this is Urban Decay!) (Swatched in lower photo.)
Be a Bombshell Famous Pout Potion - FULL SIZE! Value $14
This lipgloss has a lot of pigment, but you can tone it down pretty easily too. (I just put one quick swipe on my lip and blended it for a more subtle look.) There was no stickiness, and it has a sweet flavor, too. Be a Bombshell Cosmetics items are never items I get super excited about in subscription boxes, but I can't deny that they work pretty well!

Verdict: This box has a value of about $45. That's pretty great for a $10 subscription box (And that's not counting the value of the makeup bag!) I like everything in the box, and I'm happy with the sample sizes and many of the brands, too.
What do you think of the June Ipsy Glam Bag? Did you get an Urban Decay eyshadow pan too?
