This month's box is all about "Give Me Energy!" I really hope these oils work! I need more energy! One of the things I love about this subscription is the many practical uses of aromatherapy that they present.
The information sheet from Herb Stop is really impressive. There's a lot of knowledge packed in here! Every oil they sent is matched with three different usage tips. That's really helpful! Plus on the reverse side there is a recipe for an energy spray!
Coffee - Oh how I love the smell of freshly brewed coffee! I didn't realize until I opened this bottle how much of a pick-me-up just the aroma of coffee is! Coffee essential oil has lots of other benefits, too, such as migraine relief, cellulite treatment, and mood enhancement.
Pettitgrain - I had never even heard of pettitgrain before I received this box, but it seems to have some great benefits, too. It has a bitter yet sweet smell, and the best way I can describe its effect would be to call it fortifying. It's soothing and uplifting at the same time.
Rosemary - One of the first things I do when I move somewhere new is identify the nearest rosemary bush I can access. I absolutely love the fragrance; it's one of my all-time favorites! It's a great essential oil for fatigue, particularly mental fatigue, and it is also really good for skin ailments.
Conquer the Day Roll-On - This is a wonderful blend of orange, rosemary, peppermint, and thyme essential oils. I actually really like the orange and mint combination! It smells fantastic, and it is indeed uplifting.
Verdict: I am consistently impressed with the Herb Stop AromaBox subscription. I'm currently trying to work this month's oils into a good routine to see if I can get a consistent energy boost from continued use. This month's theme is extremely relevant to me!
Essential oils are pretty expensive, but the amount of oils in these vials is small. A little will go a long way, though, so I personally prefer having small amounts rather than bigger bottles I never use completely. The biggest part of the value to me, however, is all of the know-how that is packed into the info sheet! It speaks to not only what to use the oils for, but many different ways to apply them. I think if you are interested in learning A LOT about how to use essential oils to improve your health and your life, then this box is definitely for you!
