This is the information card that was included, listing the contents of the package. July's theme is "Freedom." Fitting!
Yogi Teas - Value about $0.50 each
I have tried all three of these Yogi teas before, and I love Yogi teas in general. Yogi teas tend to have a robust flavor.
Lara Bar (Apple Pie) - Value about $1.50
I am a fan of Lara bars because they contain only whole, natural ingredients with no added sugars. They are pretty high in carbs due to the dried fruit (for those who care), which is probably why they're so delicious!
Essential Oil Insect Repellent - Value ?
This essential oil insect repellant smells like citronella, as you would expect. It's a custom item, so I don't have a good value for it, I'm afraid. I am all about using essential oils as bug repellants, but on a recent review a reader commented that they may be very harmful or fatal to cats, so please be careful with your oils!
"By The Lake" Natural Soap Bar - Value ?
This little chunk of soap made the entire box smell great even before I opened it! The patchouli is the overarching scent, but it's well balanced by the lemongrass. This is another custom item.
Throwing Stones - Value ?
These little stones are cute. The idea is to focus on something that is holding you back while holding the "Let Go" stone, and then throw it away. The other stone represents your hopes and dreams for the future, and that stone is meant to hold on to and draw strength.
Verdict: This was another cute box from ZenBox by Jen! I think most everything fit the theme pretty well, and the contents could definitely add to one's zen experience. I think the exercise with the stones could be particularly meaningful for some. That being said, I think there are other new age type boxes that provide a better value for the cost.
