Received my Target February box today. Total Value is $25.79
Wellpeople mascara 1 oz $9.56 (full size is 2.3 oz @ $21.99) cruelty-free
L’Oreal 3 packet mask combo- 0.34 oz each x3- total of 1.02 oz. value $6.60 (full size 1.7 oz ranges $9.99-12.99)
Peel off hydrating mask $3.49 (this is full size)
Tanning towel $3.20 (full size 5 pack is $15.99)
Soap & Glory face wash 1 oz $1 (full size is 11 oz $10.99)
Raw Sugar Body wash 2 oz $0.56 (full size 25 oz $6.99)
Gliss shampoo 1.7 oz $0.69 (full size is $5.99- @13.6 oz)
Gliss conditioner 1.7 oz $0.69 (same as shampoo full size)
A few items may be on sale for slightly less.

So essentially the mascara almost covers the cost of the box, and everything else is gravy. Really glad I ordered- we already have 2 of the 3 L’Oréal masks in full size. My 16 yr old daughter and I love them.

Kind of funny- it’s not “mostly foil packets” as was claimed by some- in fact the L’Oréal masks are a nice multi-use deluxe packet worth $6.60. Certainly not your typical Birchbox style foil packet.

The only thing I probably won’t use is the tanning towel. Everything else I’m looking forward to using tonight or tomorrow. And my daughter called dibs on a few things.

I’m happy with mine, too. I find sometimes the spoilers a little disappointing, but once I receive the box it’s a good one for me.

Mine was delivered today. That was quick! Nothing really exciting in it for me, but, really, I will use every single thing in it. After subtracting the coupon that’s only $7 for 8 items, less than $1 per item, so I’m pretty happy with mine.

Ordered! I use everything in my Target and Walmart boxes- and I really wanted to try those clay masks! New shampoo and conditioner for a $1 each? Can’t beat that!

If this goes on clearance I’ll order another box. Glad to see new items.

I placed the order then talked to c.s. and cancelled after noticing Macy’s. I got three Macy’s. Two for me and my hubby loves some of the products so I got him one. He’s so cute. When I get a box he always asks about anti-aging creams. He doesn’t have a mustache or beard and uses an electric razor. The mens boxes always have so many shaving products and cologne he passes. It’s a win win. I get the products he doesn’t want.

How did you find out information on The Macy’s box? I think that I signed up for it way back when but haven’t heard anything about it lately.

Nan

From MSA. I looked them up again today, but the price was back up to $25.

I thought i was the only one thinking that this box is prettyy much the same as ever… i was expecting for a february box maybe some nice makeup or a perfume…. i dont know… maybe i will wait for it to go on sale (if it does not go out of stock)… i love target beauty box but $10 i think is too much for samples….

Over priced, but at least it ships fast! Glad I got that $4 compensation because of the expired coupon, so I only paid a little over $6. Still looking forward to a few items though. Interested to try out the mascara, I love peel off masks and will enjoy trying the other stuff.

Mine just shipped!

Mine shipped yesterday as well. I don’t think I’ve ever had it ship the same day. I would say that it’s probably because they didn’t have to ship out that many, but I placed a Target order on Saturday that had shipped (in two parts) by Sunday night. That never seems to happen with me. I wonder if they have done something to help in that area, maybe to compete better with Amazon.

Nan

I hope so. Last month their shipping was awful. It took 2.5 weeks to get my $10 box and I never did get my $5 box. Previous I received them in 7 – 10 days.

Luna

I got an email too! Yay! 🙂

Me too!! 😊

Mine too.

Usually, I send a Target box to my sis. I sent her the Macy’s Spa set instead and then went back and got one for myself. Sorry Target…foil packets…ugh.

That Soap & Glory face wash is THE BOMB. It doesn’t exfoliate well, but I use it with a face loofah if I want more scrub, although it’s fine on its own. I have combination skin, and it’s somewhat sensitive. This product is awesome! But you can get it at Ulta for $10-12 and use a coupon or wait for a B2G1 free sale. This is the ONLY face wash that I have EVER finished a bottle of and stayed happy with the whole time. On the tail end of my SECOND bottle – face is happy! It’s only veryyyyy slightly mildly drying for me, and always residue-free and solidly clean. If you’re wanting to try it…seriously just go buy it – it’s great!
Target does carry it, but only select locations. Ulta’s return policy is better. Walgreens also carries it.

I love Soap & Glory products!

Not interested. I know it’s only $10, but it makes me feel empowered to use that money on a good deal elsewhere.

Had the mask been full size or a generous deluxe I would’ve bought this so fast. No full size item & no lip product so it’s a no go for me. I really thought that I was going to order this one too 😟

Same here. Easy pass and I really wanted a target beauty box this month. Maybe next month will be a winner.

Karla

This is the first time in two years that I will skip a box.

Reply ButtonReply

Valerie

Me too. Through all of these mediocre boxes and Laneige, I’ve finally learned my lesson.

Easy pass…

Renee

Yep, nothing much here.

I feel kind of weird not ordering. I haven’t skipped a Target box since I found out about them 2yrs. ago,but this box doesn’t have even one full size product. The Macy’s spa set is still available and is a much better value in my opinion.

Kerri

I came here to read the comments if people liked the box, not many do including me. Then I saw people talking about the Macy’s spa set, I went and ordered that instead 🙂

Rebecca

I bought it, but I’m a little disappointed at the $10 price point. At $7 I would’ve been OK with it, and at $5 I would’ve been happy. I had a $5 gift card that I got as a bonus from a previous purchase, so it only cost me $5 plus tax, but I know I’ll be kicking myself in a couple of weeks when the price drops on this. I just didn’t want to miss it altogether.

Someone mentioned earlier that their $3 coupon worked even though it expired on 1/29. I wish I had tried it! I had only used one of my two from last month. If I’d tried and been successful, my box would’ve cost $2 (of course I would have had to buy other things, but that’s no big deal for stuff that I need).

This is the first time it’s been an easy pass for me. I can’t believe they are only including packet samples of that mask! LOL I’m not mad or up in arms, just really surprised! 😀 Next month maybe… (woohoo, just saved $10)

I love face masks and that looks like decent sizes of shampoo conditioner body wash and face wash, but I don’t need mascara and don’t want the towelette. If it goes on clearance for 7 or 5 I think I’ll buy it but not for 10.

Reply ButtonReply

MzBev

Easy pass! Way too many foil packets in there for $10. If they drop it to $5, I’ll probably get one. $7 is even too much for this, imo. I had hoped they’d learn their lesson by now. These just don’t sell out quickly, like they used to.

Foil packets and a sunless towel. Nope.

Reply ButtonReply

Cassie

I’d like to have this box as I’d use everything except the Sun Bum Sunless Self-Tanning Towelette. I’d love to try the Soap and Glory Face Soap and Clarity Face Wash, but I can wait until this box goes on sale or just buy it myself. Since I’m going to wait on this box to go on sale though, it will probably sell out. Just my luck lol!

As of nine ocl0ck the Macy’s spa deal is still there!

Reply ButtonReply

Rebecca

Looks to still be available around 11:30AM Eastern. I glanced at it and was somehow able to talk myself out of buying it. I already have the Ahava and like a lot, and all the other stuff looks cool but like it would sit in my stash to be used (maybe) months from now or given away when I decide to de-overload my product overload. The struggle is real.

Luna

Our line of thoughts about the Macy’s set are very similar…. it’s a great deal, and I’d get it mostly to try the Elizabeth Arden exfoliating cleanser & the Laura Mercier eye serum (I’m so addicted to eye serums), since everything else I already have at least one of). But, I know everything would just sit in my collection for a while (most likely months, like you said) until I eventually got around to it. BUT, did that stop me from getting the Target box?!? No! Ha! Everything in the box is new to me, except for the face wash which I really liked. So, for me this box is worth it, even at $10, and it’s more exciting for me than the Macy’s set since virtually everything is new to me… plus, I’ve been wanting to try those L’Oréal masks since they came out. 🙂

Michelle

Is it me how is this box of samples worth $10? Although I would like to try a couple of things I just can’t even if it goes down to $7. I wouldn’t pay more than $5

How are people getting the $5 gift cards? Thanks

nelliebelle1197

It is certainly worth more than a Birchbox.

Reply ButtonReply

mtvb

That’s exactly what I was thinking–waaaay overpriced box for a bunch of foil packs and samples.

I’ve noticed the Target $10 boxes don’t sell very well. In fact, they often go on “clearance” for $7 in a few weeks. This box isn’t even worth that. Definitely won’t buy.

Lunalee

Underwhelming for me. I have a lot of masks, clay included. Plus lots of mascara (and that one looks tiny) and I barely wear makeup. I just love to collect it and am now getting into it. Plus I don’t like foil packets, I always forget to open them BEFORE getting in the shower, lol.

Also I bought a few of those Macy’s spa sets for gifts and myself, which imo was way better! Thanks, Liz!

Punkykiki

LOL about the foil packets!!! I always forget to open them before I hop into the shower. Opening one with water in your eyes and slippery fingers from other bath products is just about impossible!! I usually get so frustrated that I just throw the whole thing away. Why don’t they have little “tear here” tabs that would make opening them so much easier???

I ordered one. This one is worth it to me. The last one was not. I have been wanting to try that mascara. The trial size is about $12.99. The rest is all a bonus.
