Prana Market Tote, India,  - Value $7.50

Globein-Eco-To-Go-April-2017-0023

This tote measures approximately 16x17in with 27in handle.

Globein-Eco-To-Go-April-2017-0022

The inner lining has a message about the fair trade making of this bag.

Globein-Eco-To-Go-April-2017-0020

My favorite part of this tote is that it is more like a bucket bag than your standard tote bag. (It's larger than a standard tote, too.)

Globein-Eco-To-Go-April-2017-0018

So it can stand on its own when full - super useful!

Globein-Eco-To-Go-April-2017-0021

The canvas material is sturdy, too.

KeepCup To-Go Mug, Portugal and USA, 12oz (Retail $24)

Globein-Eco-To-Go-April-2017-0012

The keep cup is designed to be a "barista standard reusable cup."

Globein-Eco-To-Go-April-2017-0014

It has a permanent cork band to make it easy to hold.

Globein-Eco-To-Go-April-2017-0013

The only downside of the cork band (for me) is that it makes this Keep Cup handwash only.

Beautiful design, though!

Metallic Block Print Coin Purse, India,  (Retail $10)

Globein-Eco-To-Go-April-2017-0025

This coin purse measures about 5.75 by 4 inches, and it is lined inside:

I love the shimmery gold print! I think I will use this as a mini-makeup bag to keep essentials in my purse.

Alaffa Purely Coconut Fair Trade Lip Balm, Togo, 0.15oz (Retail $3)

Globein-Eco-To-Go-April-2017-0017

This lip balm is super moisturizing and it tastes like coconut - I love it!

Globein-Eco-To-Go-April-2017-0027

GlobeIn Greeting Card, 6×4″ (Retail $3)

Globein-Eco-To-Go-April-2017-0028

This box also included a blank card that fits well with the Eco to Go theme.

Globein-Eco-To-Go-April-2017-0030

And a coupon for $25 off a purchase of $80 or more at ShopSoko.

Verdict: This box has a value of about $47.50. That's on the lower end for GlobeIn, but in general I think this box provides a good value for a subscription that focuses on fair trade and giving back. And everything in this box is pretty useful, too! I really love the tote bag this month!

What do you think of the April 2017 GlobeIn Artisan Eco to Go box? Which box did you pick this month?

That Prana bag is one of my all-time favorites. I received it as a giveaway from a local store a few months ago and ended up taking it to Mardi Gras this year. Perfect bag for hauling lots of stuff in large crowds!

You can’t remove the cork band? You can remove the bands on the other keep cups

I love this sub. It’s my favorite. I went for Sustain because of that glass tumbler but I like this one, too. Shocked at how low they valued the tote.

Pretty disappointed with this sub. When I signed up six months ago it looked so different and interesting, but it went downhill in my opinion. I wish they would include more single artisans product instead of chap-sticks, Prana, and teas that you can buy in regular store.

I would happily purchase this box from anyone disappointed.

I went for the Sustain box this month cause I thought the items were all around more useful for me, but I do love the tote bag in this one! I’ll have to see if I can swap for it 😉
