Promo Box from Vistaprint is a new subscription box that sends you customized items each month. Each box will include 3-5 items like: Postcards, Embroidered Polo shirt, Tote bag, Mug, Pens, Smartphone case, Signature Soft t-shirt, Note cards, Banner, Flyers, Pre-inked stamp, Window decal, and more.

If you have a business (or just want to see your name on a lot of merch) this subscription could be for you!

My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

When you are signing up for this subscription, you'll provide your business name, your tagline, logos, and other preferences. They'll use this info to make you a custom box!

The Subscription Box: Promo Box from Vistaprint

The Cost: $24.99

The Products: Each box will include 3-5 custom items like Postcards, Embroidered Polo shirt, Tote bag, Mug, Pens, Smartphone case, Signature Soft t-shirt, Note cards, Banner, Flyers, Pre-inked stamp, Window decal, and more.

This box came with a personalized written card, too! And here are the item list:

Now, on to the custom swag!

Stickers

First, we have a set of 20 logo stickers! I just added one to my laptop!

Branded Notecards

This set includes 10 notecards (blank inside) and 10 envelopes.

One thing to note - the cardboard box graphic that was added to this note card was not an image I selected. So, whoever put this box together improvised a bit!

Branded Pens

These are your basic swag-quality pens. But with your logo on them. So that makes them the best ever, right?

Branded Tee

This tee is made of 100% cotton and printed on a Fruit of the Loom t-shirt.

Lastly, this box comes with a $10 Vistaprint Cash to use to reorder your favorite products from this box.

Verdict: I think this is a great box for businesses that want to test out Vistaprint's quality and see and touch products in real life before purchasing. Considering you get $10 to spend on a future purchase, I think the $25 cost is fair, too.

What do you think of Promo Box from Vistaprint? Are you going to try this subscription?

So after reading all of your reviews, I decided to go for it and order this sub for my boss who recently purchased our practice and needed updated stuff. Our first box is exactly this box minus the $10 voucher.

Love the stuff, but I’m kind of disappointed he didn’t get the voucher since it’s his first box. I see that they’ve been sending you one every month, so hopefully we’ll get one next month.

We did get this box for $5, so that’s probably why no voucher. The quality is there, but they cut off our logo on the notecards in a funky way.

I ordered a bunch of those pens a couple years ago and they are awesome! Everyone loved them – they write so smoothly. 🙂

The 10-12 months before I was getting married (Oct. 2013), Vistaprint constantly put out Groupons that were $17 for $70, plus you could combine it with dozens of promo codes for free items. Lots of brides were using it to make bridesmaid gifts and things for their weddings. For nearly nothing, I got tote bags, t-shirts, mugs, cards (made thank you cards), pens, invitations, stickers/seals, business cards (used that to add into the invite for our wedding website), banners, yard signs, and other stuff that I am sure that I am forgetting… The mug that I got is my favorite coffee mug. This went on for a very long time, but they finally did away with all the free promo codes and fixed the website so you couldn’t combine a bunch of coupon codes.

ANYWAY if you are planning a wedding, this box could be applicable for that. We used the pen for the guest book, stickers/seals can be used for all that cards/invites, etc.

We had our reception in the dolphin pavilion of the zoo so we used the yard signs to direct atendees from the entrance to the pavilion. Someone had suggested the mug for a morning after the wedding photo op–there was a template of a tux and gown and you could put text under it so you could put your new name if you are changing it, Mrs. Johnathan Doe, etc. I did a Mother of the Groom tote bag for MIL.

We received this for $5 when we ordered business cards. Same things, even the personalized note from who made them. The pens, post cards and stickers were nice. They ask you a lot of questions and you upload what logo you want which is nice for customization. The t-shirt is more of an undershirt, cheap looking for everyday. Maybe as a pajama shirt. I ordered a woman’s t-shirt and it was still a men’s so I don’t know why they asked.

Maybe if you have a business where you send out promo items a lot it would be good to get random items. I’d rather choose what I want. So I cancelled it. Vistaprint always has great coupons.
