Graze offers over 100 different snacks that you can rate online, which, over time, helps tailor your subscription to your particular snacking preferences. I spent some time choosing preferences, noting which options I wanted to try, think I would like, or "trash" and prefer not to receive. That being said, your Graze box may look completely different!
For subscribers with food sensitivities, it’s easy to "trash" snacks that contain gluten, dairy, or any other specific ingredient; however, Graze snacks are produced in a facility with nuts, wheat, milk, and many other foods that might not make this subscription a good fit for anyone with severe food allergies.
Boxes are shipped via USPS and are conveniently designed to fit in most standard mailboxes.

Vitamin E Defense, 1.4 oz (buy a 6 count for $8.99)
This snack is packed full of vitamin E and manganese which, I learned, is good to fit against stress. With roasted hazelnuts, redskin peanuts, raisins, and cranberries this was like an elevated trail mix. The hazelnuts provided an extra crunch and texture, while the raisins and cranberries made this extra tart. A great snack to eat on the go for extra energy!
Pumpkin Spice Flapjack, 1.8 oz. (buy a 6 count for $8.99)
OMG, these were delightful! Each bar was extra soft, like a fresh oatmeal cookie which makes sense because these are handmade from a British family bakery. The main ingredient is rustic rolled oats so you get a lot of creaminess in each bite. The pumpkin spice makes this like a healthy pumpkin pie. It is safe to say that I did not share these with anyone!
Raspberry and Coconut Muffin, 0.99 oz. (buy a 6 count for $8.99)
I love that you can receive deconstructed snacks like a muffin! The almond slivers create a really nice layer of texture and cut through the tartness from the raspberries. The amaretti drops are what really stood out to me because they added so much sweetness that made it feel like you were enjoying a bit of a muffin. Unfortunately, I am still not a fan of coconut so I wasn't able to enjoy this as much as I would have it that wasn't an ingredient. I was happy to share this with my Mom, though, who is a muffin and coconut fan!
Sesame Garlic Crunch, 0.99 oz. (buy a 6 count for $8.99)
This snack was incredible with so many different flavors! They added turmeric for that extra spice, while the sesame garlic sticks were the perfect amount of garlic powder. They are also packed full of fiber! The crackers are made from jasmine rice so you get a little bit of sweetness there that cuts through the garlic flavors very nicely. A wonderfully crunchy snack!
Kettlecorn Kern Pops, 0.85 oz. (buy a 6 count for $8.99)
My husband loved this snack because he loves the not fully popped kernels from a bag of popcorn. For me, I found this snack to be a bit odd. This is the latest snacking trend, not completely cooked kernels, for popcorn. While I love the concept, this felt unfinished to me. The sugar, brown sugar, and salt added a wonderful savory flavor that really created a nice coating on the kernels. While this wasn't for me, my husband was very happy to gobble this down!
Apple and Cinnamon Flapjacks, 1.8 oz. (buy a 6 count for $8.99)
Another handmade flapjack from the British family bakery! I really can't get over how good these were and I loved the apple and cinnamon flavors. There were real apple chunks that were oh so sweet, like eating a dutch apple pie. I enjoyed these with an afternoon cup of coffee and it was that perfect amount of sweetness.
Sweet Mustard Ranch, 0.88 oz. (buy a pack of 6 for $8.99)
I love any snack with cashews, but add breadsticks and pretzels - you have snack perfection! The cashews are flavored with sour cream and onions, the breadsticks have that rich mustard flavor, while the pretzels are lighted salted. This honestly was a flavor explosion with so many different textures and crunch. I think this was hands down my favorite snack from the box!
White Chocolate Dip and Wild Blueberry Toasts, 0.88 oz. (buy a 6 count for $8.99)
I have a major sweet tooth and this snack totally hit the spot! The white chocolate dip was fluffy and creamy which made it taste just like icing. The toasts flavored with wild blueberry were so sweet and crunchy. The blueberry paired with the white chocolate honestly reminded me of eating a scone with icing. So so good!
The Verdict: Graze is always a fun snack box! They seem to always be trying new recipes and ways to deconstruct snacks that might not be the healthiest to bring you a "better for you" option. I always enjoy seeing what they have cooked up in each of my boxes!
Since I received eight snacks at the $13.99 cost, each snack breaks down to $1.75 in value. Each packet is on the smaller side so you aren't really left with extras so it would be nice to receive maybe one larger snack each month. Overall, I do enjoy taste testing what Graze has to offer because they are always providing such unique snack options!
