POPSUGAR Limited Edition Winter for Her 2017 Box Review

Well, for me, CS at PSMH is alive and doing well.

I emailed them every single day from the day this box should have shipped until and after I FINALLY received it 3 days after Christmas.

I paid $106.99 for my box. NO sale offer in place at that time ( I’m stupid).

The CS person, Ann, ended up giving me a $45.00 credit because they did NOT honor their ” Order by the 14th, receive by the 24th” guarantee.

I’ll never know WHY they didn’t ship my box out on time, but I know I’m not alone.
IF your box was not a deeply discounted box to start with, nd it was late. there’s a very good chance you can get 45% ( not including taxes) back from PS CS.

Whatever you do, please do not try to work with ” Andy”. He sent me email after email asking for my shipping address ( which he already had in my emails) and did nothing at all.
I only got results when Ann was the person on the other end of the CS emails.

It’s not too late to do what I did.They do NOT want their monthly subscribers ( and I buy all the LE boxes except the NM box too) to leave. Apparently, people are unsubscribing, and PS MH finally decided on a monetary way to try to stop the exodus over the very poor shipping and planning for the Holiday LE boxes.

I’m getting more and more upset with this nonsense every day. Now that people can buy this box for 40-50% off, the items in this box that I planned to swap or sell have like NO value since everyone is just buying their own box anyway now; meanwhile, I ordered and paid FULL PRICE for mine on Nov. 30, almost a month ago, and can’t even follow tracking on it. I know which boxes I’m crossing off my list and PS is definitely one.

This is on sale today for $60 along with the Men’s Limited Edition box. I knew if I waited long enough I could snatch one up on sale!

Just ordered the box at 40% off. I really wanted the purse, watch and napkins. I can live without the rest of the items. I calculate that I paid this (based on 40% off)…

Napkins: $9.66 – $5.73

So I am pretty happy with the box.

YAY! I almost bought a few times but held off. Glad I did. I have the Cluse from Box of Style and love it, glad to add another to my jewelry box.

Anyone willing to split the box with me? Not much for the watch or oil but open to whatever. Thx 😊👍❤

Ordered my box in November at the regular price with no promo deal.
Guess who isn’t getting a box before Christmas, with absolutely no explanation or apology?

I am really unhappy. What has happened to CS with the higher priced boxes?
This is the third delayed box costing $100 or more in 30 days ( the others being BOS which I might have by Jan.10th, and the Luxor Box, which did finally arrive and is very nice as far as I’ve looked into it).

I just received mine today.
Although there was an error when I placed the order for the December box for an additional $10.
I put in a ticket for help immediately and I only received an email showing that they had closed my ticket two days later and asking how CS was. So I responded to that with: I never received any assistance.
Nothing…I contacted them on Facebook and even that took a few days to finally receive a response.
When I finally got a CS response they told me that the December boxes are sold out but that they could offer me a November box. 🙄
😢 Oh how I wanted that December box.
I had already received the November box and consider it one of my least favorites from Popsugar ever.
I asked if they would give me a January box instead but he didn’t even acknowledge that request and instead just issued a partial refund. Which was good after all of that trouble.
But if I see the December box go on sale on Gilt or come up in mystery boxes 🤯 .

Has anyone still not received their box? My tracking is saying it’s last movement was on December 18. I’m getting a little worried. Also, does anyone have a customer service phone number for PS?

I got the box! I want everything but the bag, chocolates, and the perfume. If anyone is interested in splitting the box let me know!

Received my LE winter box today. The knob on the Cluse watch broke off when I tried to set the time and the hands haven’t moved since I pulled it out of the box (not sure if that’s related to the broken knob). I contacted customer service immediately but haven’t heard anything yet. Just wondering whether anyone else has had issues with this watch? Is this a cheap watch that falls apart when you barely touch it or did I just receive a defective one??

I got both the Women’s and the Men’s boxes. Both came shipped in just a cardboard box with no other packing material. The Pop Sugar Box was all beat up, with scratches all over the top and bottom. The Women’s box has 1/3 of the spine torn. I’m sure the contents are ok, but I’ve never had them ship the boxes this way. I’m super sad. Opening the cool Pop Sugar Box was half of the fun. Now the box looks like you’re opening something from a bargain basement close out. How did yours come shipped? Did they just run out of packing material on mine?

Customer service is absolutely not helpful in figuring out why my box is stuck on label created but not moving. They said great news your package has shipped and sent me the link to tracking that confirms my package hasn’t moved… so same question

Just got mine – GREAT box, great curation – LOVE all but the bag – it would have been a PERFECT box (for me….) if the bag had been a gorgeous $168. throw or cashmere scarf …. I see that as much more universal !!!!

Liz, do you know what is going on with the shipping status of the women’s LE box? It seems as though many of us are having similar problems, in that we received a wrong tracking number (when you click the link, it says “not found” 2 weeks ago). Of those of us that contacted PSMH, they gave us a new tracking number with a delivery date of November 29, but the tracking doesn’t change, stating “USPS is awaiting item”. I have contacted PSMH many times, and they aren’t telling me what is going on, just that they are “waiting on information from the warehouse” regarding my package. I just want to know if you have heard anything, since it seems that this is happening to many of us.

My husband accidentally ordered the grey watch for me instead of the black one. Does anyone want to swap with me????

Just caved and got this! The watch is worth it for me. Such a classic piece! And the chocolate puts it over the top 😉 Will have to wait til it gets here to decide on the bag. From the review I’m not really feeling it …. just isn’t my style. Will probably end up selling or swapping the dessert plates and napkins too. LOVE Herbivore so that’s a total win! Altogether I am pleased with this. PS’s LE boxes are so much better than their monthly ones!

*Resistance* is futile. This is what happened to me, a sub box addict for many years.

*Said* I wasn’t going to fall. *Told* myself for many days, weeks probably, I would be strong and resist. *Rationalized* that the black dial Cluse watch I have is nice and good enough. ( but this evil little inner voice said ” I really would prefer a white dial “).

Suddenly, I *remembered* the pretty light blush pink straps I bought that fit the Cluse La Boheme only, and how they’ve never been out of the paper wrapping paper they shipped with. Led to the vivid * memory* of how I’ve used the leather clutch pouch the straps and watch ship in as a little key and card pouch and I * really liked* using it. *Decided* I really could use one for watch things and another as an accessory pouch because it feels soft and smooth.

*Hanging tough* until Liz posted photos of this very pretty handbag. *Like very much*. Likely would have not *gone gaga* except it looks so pretty with her actually holding it by the rings.. * Realized* I’ve never had a purse with metal handles before. I felt myself starting to *slide* to the Pop Sugar website.

I was * resisting* by closing their site… until, oh heavens, today I * gazed longingly* at the Vosges darling purple and gold old- fashioned chocolate goodie with their modern flair. Again, totally new and I want to *experience* opening and savoring just one during the holidays. Diet be gone!

I’ve *fallen* for this box hard, and I’m now $106 * lighter in the card*.

Got both the women and men’s box today. Waiting for the men’s review because I don’t want to open it and mess it all up cause it is a gift for my husband. Lol.

When will we get more information on the men’s box?

I fell in love with the grey watch…. this box it’s great!

This box is the best box they have had in a long time. However, the bag is not practical and the watch has been done before with 2 straps included. But if you don’t already have the watch, this box is pretty great. Since receiving the watch from the BOS, I have now purchased 3 additional watches and 4 additional straps.

Leather! YASSSS!! I am such a leather snob. 🙂 Excited to see the real stuff. I just ordered (and pulled the trigger on the mens box too!)

The one year I didn’t buy this box and I love everything. EVERYthing. But I swore to myself I wouldn’t spend any more money on boxes this year. Time to get serious about swapping, I guess.
