Yikes, that stinks about the polish. What did their customer service say?

The silvery polish is called Diamond Geezer. (Apparently this is a compliment of some kind? British people.)

I haven’t heard back from them yet (and I think I misidentified the red polish – I think it’s Knees Up). I sent a picture with the email. Interesting thing is they sent that box Priority … pretty sure anything with nail polish is required to go ground. I’ll chase it if I don’t hear from them by EOB Monday.

I tried opening some of the boxed items but the red polish was even inside there! On the upside, because the mystery items were sealed in a bubble wrap baggie, the other items – an eye shadow I ordered plus the bonus gift – were totally un-affected.

Anyone get a shipping confirmation on this one yet? I ordered 12/1 and nada.

I’ve bought this before and was very impressed by it.

Does anyone know if these are usually just nail products or do they include other types of makeup? I’ve been wanting to try the eye glosses–it would be cool to get one in a mystery box with other goodies.

If the silhouettes are any indication, I’d guess this is two polishes, a mascara, an eye liner pencil, an eyeshadow duo, and a lip.

FYI for anyone who is it interested I saw the Butter London full polish set that was MSRV $300/selling on BL for $150 for $50 at Nordstrom Rack today!

I got one too. Please review it. At what point can I just tell myself I’m just shopping for myself and not for “stocking stuffers” for my daughter? No stocking in the world is that big!

I am about to order my first Butter London Mystery box and noticed during check out that they are offering a gift with purchase that includes several nail polishes if you spend $50.

The code to use is bonus50. Hope this helps and happy shopping!

That is a good deal! Thank you for mentioning it. I realized the free polishes with the offer are the smaller size (“fashion sized” is how they’re described). Just FYI for anyone ordering.

I have an order coming from Julep. As if I hadn’t ordered enough already, I added on 5 polishes for $2 each! I must pass on this one. It sounds nice though

Where did you see nail polishes for $2?
