Living out in the country I’m an hour away from Target or other large outlets. That’s why I love subscription boxes. An intro into what’s going on out there. I live online now as I’m disabled, and it’s really changed my availability to the newest beauty items. CB is one that I flip flop about, but received a good summer box so I’m still on the fence about it.

I have an Annual sub & got my Summer box a few days ago so maybe the shipping is getting better? One month is definitely a quicker time than the first box I got from this subscription.

I wish CB was more transparent about announcing dates and showcasing box/shop items. I know shipping is a big cost that can be mitigated by using smart post or other deals w/ carriers so I believe this is an inventory or staff/packing issue…Something logistical and deserving of criticism due to number of subs and excessive length of time it routinely takes to ship- not even to mention delivery.

Also important-If you use this deal and you’re not prompted to choose items immediately and can’t find a way to customize by using the “my account” tab, go to the support section and search the FAQ’s for the customization info section. This should include a link to customize your box. Seems like there was a glitch that some experienced and this is a way around it. I saw some ppl on the popular message board for R / beauty boxes mention this trick, which is what I used. Others said they logged out and waited ~30 mins, logged back in, then were able to click customize like normal under their Corresponding new subscription on their account/profile page.
I was given the option to add on additional options from the categories but at $24, the item I was interested in would not have been a smart choice when I could just add another box for almost the same amount.
Unlike other subs, cause box allows you to add new or multiple subs under the same email/account which makes things convenient and easy to remember to unsubscribe from one when desired.

They’re going to have to let Quarterly have choices eventually, anyway. This may be the way they’re rolling it out. By gradually adding choices on random boxes and not making a big show of it, because Annuals would not be happy. They think they’re getting backlash now? They think we’re not capable of putting things together if it’s over time. SMH. I’m so tired of this companies marketing schemes.
The biggest issue that would-be subscribers often overlook is that the shipping on this box is horrendous. You’ll actually receive it at the beginning of the next season. You’re looking at about 3 months out. By then I’m usually upset and just over it. But they don’t care. Not once have they reached out to the community about shipping; or anything else. They’ve made no changes that benefit their customers. It’s all a money grab. And then you’ll get it when you get it.
Seriously, take your money to TJ Maxx or Marshall’s. You’ll have so much more fun for the same cost and you can take it home tonight. Lights, coolers, home stuff, good jewelry and beauty. whatever.
This box is going to milk every last dollar out of whoever they can get to fall for it for as long as they can get people to. Sad

Don’t fall for this company. They will never ship your box.

You cannot choose the products you get unless you get the expensive subscription.
