First Impressions
Somehow, we’ve already blown through half of July and I’m still trying to catch my breath. With back-to-back commitments and an ever-growing to-do list, stress has definitely been creeping in! That’s why the arrival of this month’s Bath Bevy Tubless box, themed “Pool Party,” felt like a little slice of self-care heaven dropped on my doorstep. Brimming with refreshing, pampering shower treats, from fun lotions to foamy shower steamers, it was the perfect excuse to pause, unwind, and reclaim a little me-time. I have to say, each and every month I look forward to receiving this beautiful blue and white box in the mail. Packaged so delicately with crinkle paper, tissue paper, and a sticker to top it off, this truly is presented like a gift. PLUS this box is heavy! Splash! Handmade Soap by Two Wild Hares - Retail Value $10.00
I’m a total sucker for homemade soap, and this bright blue beauty is exactly why. Just look at it - it’s like a little work of art for your sink! The texture is dreamy, the color is bold and happy, and the design? So cute, it almost feels wrong to use it. But then you catch a whiff of that blue raspberry lemonade scent, and all hesitation flies out the window! It lathers up into soft, fluffy bubbles that leave your hands squeaky clean. Bonus: it adds the perfect cheerful splash of color to our bathroom, and coincidentally matches my bathroom color scheme! Yay! 🥰
Grapefruit Tangerine Shower Steamer Cube - Retail Value $9.00
Shower steamers are one of my go-to favorites on a busy day, and this month we were lucky enough to receive two versions! The first one came in a cube shape with embossed perforation lines, making it easy to break apart and use over four showers. Scented with notes of grapefruit and tangerine, it has a lighter fragrance than some of the steamers we’ve received in the past, but it's still incredibly refreshing. Its soft pink color adds a fun touch, and it transforms even a quick shower into a mini citrus oasis, just what I need to mentally reset for the day. It’s amazing how a simple little item like this can boost my mood. I really appreciate that!
Uplifting Orange Shower Steamer Cube - Retail Value $9.00
The second shower steamer cube we received was an orange version that literally smells like an orange soda float. With a blend of citrus, cream, and a fizzy twist, it creates a fruity oasis all its own. It fits perfectly with the “Pool Party” theme, and so far, the delicious scents in this box have been absolute perfection!
Beach Bum Whipped Soap - Retail Value $15.00
The next item I received was a tub of whipped soap, which is a common inclusion in this subscription, and always an amazing one. Fluffy in texture and fun to use, this month’s scent blend of açaí, coconut, tonka bean, sandalwood, and musk created yet another beachy, spa-like experience. It also works wonderfully as a shaving cream, with multiple uses that leave my skin feeling clean, soft, and moisturized. Another win!
White Peach Prosecco Body Lotion - Retail Value $12.00
Every now and then, I’ve noticed a repeat item in this subscription, but honestly, when the scents and products are this good, I don’t mind at all. This month, we received a generously sized container of White Peach Prosecco body lotion, which we’ve gotten before. While the scent starts off a bit strong, it settles into a light, fizzy peach aroma that oddly enough feels nostalgic. I can’t quite place why, since I don’t remember wearing anything like it growing up, but it brought back warm memories all the same. That little wave of nostalgia, paired with its deliciously clean scent, made this lotion a welcome repeat!
Aloha Travel Tin Candle by Primal Elements - Retail Value $12.00
The last item we received was this generously sized candle, offering 30–35 hours of aromatic delight. It came poured in a sturdy tin with a nice matching lid, making it both functional and gift-worthy. Scented with notes of citrus, sugar, and juicy tropical fruit, it truly creates a beachy oasis wherever it's placed. A perfect way to wrap up an amazing box!
