First Impressions
I absolutely adore kitty cats! In my 36 years, I have never known life without one, so when the opportunity to review the CatLadyBox arrived, I snapped it right up. The little gal that will be helping me test out this box is my 17 year old best friend named Miley Mae. She has been with me through thick and thin, and while elderly, is still as sassy as ever. Let's dig in, shall we?!
Although I love most animals, cats are where it's at for me! I only have one precious feline, but I absolutely adore this subscription. Seeing this purple and brown cardboard box with the kitty silhouette, is a highlight of my month. Packaged in black tissue paper held together by a sticker, it presents as a lovely gift that has the potential to hold anything from cat-themed jewelry, clothes, home decor, and more. If you subscribe to the Crazy CatLadyBox, you'll get a few treats for your furbaby, too.
Along with the items, this box also includes an info sheet, which usually features custom artwork on the reverse side. However, this month’s sheet was plain purple with just a black title. I’ll admit, I miss the artwork—it’s something I usually stick on my fridge for a pop of fun and color!

While I usually like to dress up when I head out, the moment I walk through the door, it’s straight into comfy clothes (that being a fun t-shirt and leggings). The Cat Lady Box has been keeping my cozy wardrobe fresh for a while now, and this time, I received the cutest Caturday tee! Made from ultra soft fabric, this grey shirt features an adorable, colorful cartoon cat design that’s both sweet and playful. I ordered a unisex medium, and the fit is spot on - true to size and super comfy. Definitely a standout item that I’ve already worn more than once!
Living My Best Life Tumbler - Listed Value $15.99
It’s been incredibly hot and humid in Minnesota lately, and nothing hits the spot like ice-cold water from a tumbler! Perfect for these sweaty days, we received an adorable turquoise tumbler featuring a “Living My Best Life” cat design on the front. Complete with a plastic lid, it’s great for holding any kind of drink and keeping you cool on even the hottest days!
Party Cats Keychain - Retail Value $8.99
The next item we received was an adorable Party Cats keychain. It features three transparent plastic kitties in neon colors, each hanging from silver chains. The keychain includes both a standard round keyring and a convenient clip attachment. I love how the bright colors add a cheerful pop to my key set without being too bulky. Cute and functional, I’ve already added it to my car keys—and it makes me smile every time I’m on the go! (Which is literally everyday!) Ekkkkk!!!
Cat Lady Pouch - Retail Value $9.99
The next item we received was perfect for summertime! This large plastic pouch is super versatile, being great for the beach, the car, or anywhere you need to stash a few essentials. We’ve already used it for wet swim trunks, but it’s also come in handy for storing agates, snacks, and even toiletries. With a purple zipper and a simple design that features the same font as this month’s content card, it’s both stylish and functional. I was genuinely happy to receive this bright purple bag and I’ve already used it more than I expected!
Pawty Time Disco Ball Catnip Toy - Listed Value $5.99
As we all know, Miley is getting older and doesn’t love toys quite like she did as a kitten. This sparkly disco ball was actually my favorite toy we’ve ever received, just because it’s so shiny and sparkly, but she didn’t seem nearly as impressed. I tossed it around for her a bit, but she just turned up her nose and walked away. So instead, the kids and I have been using it to play catch in the living room as we prep for Hank’s big baseball tournament this weekend!
Itsy Bitsy Teeny-Weenie Catnip Bikini Toy - Retail Value $5.99
The last item we received was another catnip toy, this one shaped like a bikini top with playful feathers on the sides. As I mentioned earlier, Miley isn’t too into playtime these days, but she did show a bit more interest in the feathers compared to the disco ball. It’s a fun little inclusion that I think a younger cat would really enjoy, so I’m setting it aside for when we eventually add a kitten to the family!
Oh how I love this pretty girl! While not as playful as she used to be, she sure is cute and snuggly!!

The values add up to $69.94 this month, which $10 more than last months box, and is valued at quite a bit more than the cost of the box! I love the variety of items and functionality, each and every item I received this month was loved and used!
