Blissmo Box September 2012 Review - Skin 'n' Hair Care

Each month Blissmo emails subscribers to select their upcoming box. (You get three options). I'm always wondering if I made the right decision - but this time I'm really pleased with my choice. This is definitely a great box!

The box: Blissmo Box

The price: $19 a month plus 5.95 shipping. If you subscribe at the annual rate, the cost is $228 (free shipping). This is the option I selected since the savings were so substantial. ($71 savings)

The products: A mix of eco-friendly and organic products. From Blissmo: "We curate products that are (a) high design & quality, (b) organic / no or low toxin, (c) eco-friendly / sustainable and (d) awesome, that are safer & better for you, your family & your planet."

MyChelle Dermaceuticals Pumpkin Renew Cream Unscented - FULL SIZE! Value $23

I love it when the first item out of the box is already worth more than the cost of the box!

Hugo Naturals All Over Lotion in Vanilla and Sweet Orange - 2 oz Value $2

Giovanni Ultra Sleek Shampoo - 1.5 oz Value $1.50

Yay! This shampoo is sulfate free! (I have color treated hair so I only use sulfate-free hair products).

La Fresh Body Soother Wipes - FULL SIZE! Value $10

I am a big fan of the La Fresh brand (I use their eye makeup remover wipes and nail polish remover wipes on a regular basis). Needless to say, I'm very excited to try these as well!

Wellinhand Action Therapy Oil - vial size - Value $1

Verdict - I paid $19 and received nearly $40 of natural beauty products - I am thrilled! This may be my favorite Blissmo Box yet!

I thought this was a great box too! I love all these products, though I wish the Wellinhand sample wasn’t so dinky.

I just checked my emails from Blissmo – hopefully this helps you get a sense of their timeline:

On August 10th I received the email to select my August box
On August 31st I received a shipping confirmation email
On September 11th the package was delivered by UPS

So…it takes a while! 🙂

When you get the monthly box do they give you a tracking number? I ordered a box when they were offering one for sale and have been underwhelmed by their customer service so far. It looks like such a great subscription that I’m trying not to get turned off.
