Glossy Box - November 2012 Review - Women's Beauty and Makeup Monthly Subscription Boxes

The past few months of Glossy Box have been amazing, so I had high hopes for this box. Fortunately Glossy Box did not disappoint - 3 full size items in this month's box!

The Box: Glossy Box

The Cost: $21 a month

The Products: Deluxe and full size beauty products (some international brands).

Arganics by NuMe Argan Oil - 10 mL Value $5

Perfumies Solid Perfume Stick in Kissing Bandit - FULL SIZE! Value $7

I was surprised by how much I love this perfume stick! The scent is great, and I really like the application. It's made of coconut oil, beeswax and fragrance.

Illamsqua Ltd Lip & Eye Medium Pencil in Hex - FULL SIZE! $20

I love getting full size makeup items! This shade is very neutral, so I'm not sure how I'll use it yet, but I am a big fan of this brand from a previous Glossy Box lipgloss!

Skin & Co Roma Truffle Serum: Hydro-Toning Day Face Serum - .5 oz Value $18

Epionce Restorative Hand Cream - FULL SIZE! Value $19

One thing I love about Glossy Box is that (so far) any time they include a serum, it's a large enough sample size to try it for a few weeks and see if it actually works.

Verdict: Another awesome month in terms of value - for $21 I received about $70 worth of product! I'm pretty sure I'll use everything in this box too. What did you think of this month's Glossy Box?

I loved the perfume stick too – and was surprised as I am horribly fussy about perfume. Nice and clean scent for everyday. Not much in the truffle serum true, but I LOVED it – and I’m also very fussy about skincare stuff. Will definitely buy that serum. I didn’t get the hand cream either – I got a shower exfoliant that I haven’t tried yet. Overall a nice box. I experimented with a lot of boxes and am preferring TestTube Beauty and Glossybox.

I wish I got the hand cream. I got a blush (light pink) and nail polish appliques instead of the hand cream and perfume stick. My eye pencil was a horrid bile green color and my truffle serum was nearly empty. And they forgot to include my free lipstick with the KISS promotional code. It’s my first Glossy box and I am rather disappointed, and can’t get a hold of anyone in customer service.

I got this same box but my eye/lip pencil was a different colour. I was pleased with it and I love the perfume stick. So cool!
