Verdict: I think The Homegrown Collective is an exciting new subscription box - it pushes me out of my comfort zone a little (making my own kefir soda and growing my own mushrooms) but I like it!

It would be fun if a future box showed how to make kombucha juice and provided the starter. Looking at the The Homegrown collective website was great. I wish I had ordered the box that showed you how to make kefir water! My husband and I are always looking for alternatives to coffee and soda.
