I’m with Nans, I purchased a three month subscription for $150 as a birthday and Christmas gift for my sister. She received nothing but cheaply made junk, none of which she can use, none of which is suitable for a modern woman but more so for a ten year old. Reached out to customer service, Umba Box doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. Horrible experience.

I love this box and I’m looking forward to putting out a new coaster calendar each month. I haven’t tried the lip balm yet but it’s in my stash for future use once others run out. Finding the Umba Box at my doorstep is always a treat.

I subscribed to Umba box for a couple of months and after receiving a kitchen towel and a lip balm for second month, I quit that subscription. Umba box seems like a rip off to me.
