Honest Company Family Essentials Bundle - Eco Friendly Monthly Subscription Service

I love the Honest Company so much - I've been consistently buying all my home cleaning products through their subscription service over the past few months, and I thought it would be great to share the items that I love!

Before I get into the items, here's a little background on how the Honest Company's bundle subscription plans work:

  • You select 5 items from their shop to add to your bundle each month (you can change the items every month if you like).
  • You can add up to 3 more items to your bundle at 25% off the regular shop price.

My strategy is to make sure my 5 main items are the priciest (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, etc.) and then save the add-on's for the cheapest items in the shop that I need (hand soap, multi-surface spray).

The Box: Honest Company Family Essentials Bundle

The Cost: Select 5 products for $35.95 a month plus $5.95 shipping (they also have a diapers bundle for $79.95 a month)

The Products: Safe and eco-friendly cleaning, bath and body products. (Plus products for mom, kids and baby too!)

Honest Floor Cleaner in Citrus Rosemary - Value $7.95

Honest Multi-Surface Cleaner in White Grapefruit - Value $5.95 (Add-on)

I use this Multi-Surface cleaner everyday! I use it mainly on countertops, but I've used it for cleaning mirrors/windows a few times. (I hope the Honest Company launches a glass cleaner soon!)

Also, this is my first time trying the Floor Cleaner and I love it - the Citrus Rosemary scent is great, and I don't have to worry about what chemicals I'm putting on the floor. (I'm very concerned about my pup's health!)

Hand Soap - Value $5.95 (Add-on)

Honest Rinse Aid - Value $5.95 (Add-on)

I highly recommend this soap just on scent alone. Also, I've been using this rinse aid in combination with their dishwasher packs and have found that our dishes come out just as clean as they did with Cascade - just without the chemicals!

Honest Dishwasher Pods - Value $10.95

Honest Oxy Boost - Value $7.95

I also combine the Honest Oxy Boost pod with the Honest Laundry detergent for every laundry load.

Honest Laundry Detergent - Value $12.95

A little goes a long way with this detergent - it's concentrated for 70 loads. I don't do that much laundry each month so I actually have quite a few of these bottles for backup. It's one of the more expensive items you can add to your bundle so I can't resist adding it even if I don't need any at the moment!

Verdict: With the exception of their hand sanitizer (which was a little too sticky for me) I have loved every product I've tried from the Honest Company. If you are looking to green up your house, or just want cleaning supplies delivered monthly, I definitely recommend trying the Honest Company.

Also, they add new products just about every month - so there's always something new to try. Next month I'm trying the 4-in-1 Laundry Pods, the Honest Candle and Jessica Alba's new book The Honest Life! Any Honest Company products you recommend?

I’ve been considering trying a bundle of their cleaning stuff, so I’m happy to read that you like it. I’m a bit confused about the floor cleaner being in a spray bottle – is it just a spot cleaner?
I have tried their diapers (with an add-on of training pants) and really like them. They work well and are super cute. I just wish they were cheaper (they’re more than twice what I pay for my old brand).

I’ve been spraying it on hardword floors, then using a swiffer – if that helps. I may not be using it as intended! 🙂

I don’t think they package items very well for shipment. I stopped buying from them because of it. I had things leaking all over the inside of the box. I do like their shampoo and conditioner though.
