Blush Mystery Beauty Box Subscription Review – July 2013

Hello 🙂 I don’t know about a skip option but you can put your account on hold which is basically the same thing. I wanted to change my billing date so I called CS. She put the hold on my account & said when I was ready to call & restart on the date I prefer.

I had the same issue as others when I signed up, as it added some eyelash product for an extra fee, even though I had selected no. I deleted it and the order went through. I decided to cancel after receiving the box, however, so I went into my account section on Blush, and looked under the auto-refill link.

That eyelash stuff was on there as an auto-refill! Not OK. I called them to cancel. I’m nervous, as she just gave me a verbal confirmation that I wouldn’t receive any more boxes, but no email.

Wow!! I didn’t read your review when you first posted it since I had not yet recieved my box. It was finally here today and I am so impressed. This is my fourth Blush box and it is amazing. Great variety of high quality products. I was very happy to recieve the Lumene product as I have always wanted to try the brand. The hair spray looks great too!!! Actually I’m excited about every product, lol.

I received my first box today. Boy was I excited, until I saw my unusable hydroxatone (dried up, solid block). I have emailed CS and am waiting for a response, but my comment is mainly to warn people about the current consumer fraud class action suit against them (hydroxatone) right now. Just a FYI for readers.

PS. How amazing does that lip gloss smell?! Love it.

Received my box today…wow!! It is my second one and I did like last months….but this one is AMAZING!! I love the nail and lipgloss colors….plus I’ve always wanted to try Deborah Lippman’s fancy polish 😉 These are all things I’ll use and a great variety. I’ll definately be keeping this one for another month. Great job Blush!!

I apply the code but when I get to the final checkout page it jumps back up to the $24.95 price. Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you.

Just an FYI, the Hydroxatone product is a sample size. The full size is 1 oz. The product we got in our bag was .5 oz. Just so everyone knows. It’s still a nice size, but it’s not a $50 value.

Do you know if you can skip a month if you choose the subscription?
