Doteable College Subscription Box Review – Dec 2013

Doteable is a monthly college care package subscription box. They offer packages for both guys and girls, and they have a regular subscription ($45 or a month) or a mini subscription ($15 a month). This review is of the mini subscription plan. (Doteable kindly sent me this box to review).

Each box comes with a card that has a theme and a brief description on what's included in the box.

On the flip side of the card are tips based on where you are in the semester. This month is about finishing finals, remembering to thank professors you may want a recommendation from, and brushing up your resume for summer internships!

Touch Screen Gloves and Belt

I'm not sure of the value of either of these items (they aren't branded), so I'm not doing a value breakdown for this box.

At first glance I thought these gloves looked like dollar store gloves, but when I put them on they were actually super soft and warm. (I tend to lose gloves, chapstick and hairties all the time, so I always welcome a new pair of gloves!) I've been using these for the past week and they work really well for touchscreen use!

Thank You Cards

These were included to go with one of the tips - thanking your professors and teaching assistants for their hard work. (And then hopefully getting a good recommendation letter!)

Verdict: Some of the items in Doteable boxes can seem a little random - like the belt this month, but it's cute and I'll probably use it soon, so no complaints! What do you think of the Doteable Mini December Box?
