POPSUGAR Special Edition Holiday Box for Him Review

Got both of mine and have to say that this box disappointed me a bit, but I LOVED my box. This one was kind of boring and felt a little “understuffed.” Didn’t hold a candle to the summer must have box for him.

I am glad I waffled long enough for this to sell out. This is much too formal for my guy. Got him a Bespoke Post gift script instead so he can pick his own box.

Hey Liz, I bought this for my husband for Christmas (and I got the one for her) so that we would have at least one surprise present under the tree for ourselves. With that said, I want to thank you for the way you write these reviews and just show the box and then you if you want a spoiler, you can click through to see the contents. I always like to be surprised for Popsugar and a few other boxes but this month, I visited a blog and boom, the whole December Must Have box was right there! I was so annoyed, I don’t go to that blog anymore. So, I appreciate your method very much. Merry Christmas!

My MustHave Holiday Box took forever to get here and then it seemed to “hang” locally before finally being delivered on Sunday. It was shipped the same time as the monthly box which I got early last week. It was shipped FedEx and then transferred to USPS for delivery. It was worth the wait, but was disappointed I didn’t exactly get the colors I wanted! 🙁

I was so close to buying this box for my husband but, it sold out before I made up my mind! Oooh…I’m going to have to look up that jerky subscription now!
I bought last year’s box Popsugar Men’s box for my husband and he liked it.
Also, I’m looking forward to receiving Bespoke Post’s Churchill box!! I have never been disappointed with them!

I basically read all of your reviews and ahhh I can’t imagine what you do with all of those monocle speakers!! I know you must have at least a couple from all of the subscription boxes. XD

I’ve been trying to get my husband more in to the subscription box game so he could share in the obsession joy of them with me. So far nothing has really done it, but I thought I’d try this box for him and see what he thought. He LOVED it. He hasn’t eaten the Chip-Zel-Pop yet but said that alone made it an awesome box. After opening everything up and checking it out, he said to me “Now this is a box I would be happy to get every month.” He was sad when I told him it was a special edition only! Hopefully Popsugar either offers these frequently or starts a monthly box for men!

The guy and I (both 25 years old) loved the navy wool tie, hipster socks, essentials travel kit, and leather travel pouch -these items were right up his alley.
The monocle is nice as a back-up speaker, and the snacks are delicious, but we could do without them and wish they were substituted with other fancy useful items, hehe.
