Jewelmint Wanderlust + Co. Mystery Box Review

I just got mine today and also totally forgot about it because it took forever. Mine also came with a small bottle of Moschino perfume (I must have had a code). Maybe this is the problem with having too many sub boxes!

I am not sure how I feel about what I received. I am somewhat disappointed. I got a pair of earrings that match Liz’s bracelet (they look like the head of a Philips screw) and two leather bracelets. One similar to Liz’s but with smooth studs and a pink wrap one. I like the pink wrap one, not sure about the earrings and my sister thinks the studded bracelet looks like a cat collar, hmmm…too bad I don’t have a cat. Anyway, I attached a picture (I hope it comes up). I so far have been very disappointed with Jewelmint’s mystery boxes, but I otherwise love the jewelry on their site. I have had good experiences when they had sales and I just picked what I wanted.

My last two mystery boxes were so so. I bought a 4 or 5 piece mystery box for $29.99 and I received 4 pieces, two of which were broken. I also didn’t like any of the pieces they gave me except for one really cool necklace (which sadly had a broken clasp, which I am trying to exchange). Luckily they have good customer service.

I wonder if this Wanderlust box can be refunded, because I am not thrilled with it.

I took some chances on the mystery boxes because I love the choices and quality they have on the website – its readily apparent to me that their mystery boxes are basically dumping grounds for pieces they cannot sell.

I think they should just have a page for fire sales instead of these mystery boxes.

I got 3 beautiful pieces. The same cute gold arrow necklace Liz got, a brushed silver oval nameplate necklace, and an off-white double-wrap bracelet with circle studs.

I wish I had gotten your box! Mine was AWFUL! This hard plastic headband with petal pink fabric with a matching bow and weird overhang of fabric which I don’t think could possibly look good on anyone. A bright orange leather and gold studded bracelet which also kind of looks like a “fashion” dog collar. The only thing I kind of like is the necklace similiar to yours only it was a double line triangle. I wish I could return this fail of a box 🙁

I received my Wanderlust & Co mystery box today and it was GHASTLY!! The pieces were beyond disappointing. There was a set of what appeared to be a matching necklace and bracelet. The necklace was essentially an antique goldtone curb chain attached to a strip of navy blue leather with a snap closure. It looked like an oversized dog collar hanging off my neck. The bracelet was the same concept only with lime green leather. It was too small for my wrist. I also received a dainty rose gold necklace similar to the V one above, but the chain was so short it was uncomfortable for me to wear. Needless to say, I really want my money back.
