I got the Fall Goodie Box last year and the items they actually shipped were great and we’re high quality, but I’ve had nothing but problems with the items that had vouchers to be redeemed other than the gardening gloves. I still haven’t gotten any response about the kids’ cookbook.

Did you complain to organic authority. Jill told me that I am the only one who has not received the juicer, and evidently the only one ever not to receive anything. The juicer company does not even carry that model anymore.

I won’t be getting this box because i already have most of the items (different brands.) however, I have ordered these boxes in the past and the quality of the items is always excellent. Many brands have been familiar to me and I know they are usually quite expensive. This is actualky one of the few sub box companies that does not seem to over inflate the value of its items. Also, they do truly only have a limited number of each box, i know this because I’ve tried to order them before and they’ve been sold out within hours so I’ve missed my chance.

I was going to get it but then I read some comments about people not getting items, and having to call the company for their missing item an being lied too, so I will pass!

Gardening, Cleaning, and a Coffee maker, are items I wont use or need. For the price I don’t want to buy the box, just to end up putting 1/2 the items up for swap, in hopes they will swap.

I’m not sure whether or not I’ll get it. I don’t know how useful the cleaning supplies would be, and I don’t need another coffee maker. I am most interested in the gardening tools, and I know I’ll use the olive oil and chocolate. Decisions, decisions…

No, I won’t be getting one. The prices look inflated to me. Also, I question whether there are really only 50 boxes or if they’re just saying that to create a buying frenzy. With shipping costs (for a big, heavy box judging from the contents revealed so far), it just wouldn’t be cost effective for a company to sell only 50 boxes. But if reviews here are favorable after the boxes ship, I’d look into future offerings.

Not sure how you can call inflated as the actual website product pages for each state exactly these prices. Also, there really only are 50 boxes, and less for the general public as there is VIP sales the day before. Right now, there are only 45 available (5 have already been sold in VIP)

There really are only 50 boxes, and they really do sell out quickly.

I completely agree about the inflated costs. Microfiber dust mitts just don’t cost $40. Gardening tools for $100? It’s a bunch of stuff I don’t need.

I can’t speak to the quality of the gardening tools in this box. I garden intensively and our family garden is close to a half an acre. I will pay $100.00 for good quality tools.
Still that is me and my life. It all depends on where your interest lies. I’m still going to pass because I don’t want to keep track of multiple orders from different companies.

Honestly I haven’t had a great customer service experience with this company. I ordered the last best of year box in jan and still haven’t recieved my juicer also the car purifier card didn’t have a code on it to be able to obtain it and they told me i had to contact the company and it wasent their problem. I bought the box from them so I thought they would help me. I wouldn’t spend this much on a box from this company again. Mostly everything was cards I had to redeem and i really wish they had responded better about my inquiry with them. I never really complain about any boxes but just thought id share because it is a good chunk of money and I still don’t have two of the big items from the last box.

Me too. I contact the juicer company 4 times. I contacted Jill ettiger the editor numerous times and she said she had not heard from anybody complaining about the juicer. I am the only problem. Really? I would think twice about buying another box from them unless the item is included. The same for that box was naturally me. The gift card for $15 a month for 12 months that was the biggest value item in that box, they only have 4 products on the website, and the box never mentioned a$5.25 shipping fee if your order exceeds $15, but there is only 1 item under $15.

That I did not know. It sounded like the olive oil needs to be ordered. I don’t want to be bothered with redeeming cards/codes and chasing after product from other companies.

The purifier in the jam box did not say you have to redeem , but turned out you have to. So not listing as a gift card does not mean you will get the item in the box.

I’m sure lots will find this a great box, however it really isn’t for me. Half of the stated value seems to be in the cleaning and gardening supplies. I have no need for more of those nor to they seem like good gifts for people I know. I also have quite a few coffee making devices including a travel one so that would be redundant.

If they still have it next friday when I get my paycheck, I might get it. I waffle, though, since the spoilers so far are a pretty mixed bag for me.

Tempting but I already used my “Monthly Splurge Purchase Pass” on ordering the Rachel Zoe box. Hopefully I don’t break before the end of the month and get another $100+ box! 🙂 Those interested in this one better be ready right at 11am to purchase because the website says there will only be 50 boxes up for sale.
