POPSUGAR Must Have Special Edition Resort Box Review

I have to say the make up case is amazingly well made – I left it on the dining room table and my dog decided it was a toy (along with the brushes from FFFvip and the make up that is MIA)
I was able to dry it off and it has no chew marks

Now if I could only find the make up palette

Would love to sell my box if anyone is still interested. I paid $107 with tax and will ship via USPS with tracking. I mistakingly thought that boxes were curated with the answers to the questions that were asked kept in mind. For example, I wear bracelets (not necklaces), would need COOL coloring makeup (not warm), don’t drink drinks that require salt, and don’t need another face serum. Sigh… oh well… [email protected]

For anyone who thought the serum had a very bad aroma – the company contacted me directly (about a comment I left on a beauty bloggers page) stating the product is unscented with maybe only a subtle medicinal scent. They believe the seal on my product was faulty and the product oxidized. They asked me to contact them directly at [email protected]. If anyone experienced this you may want to contact them as well! Just a thought 🙂

My box was sparkling fun and had loads of luxury. Loved everything! The travel case was well made with adorable pink interior and mirror. Nice size and water proof.
The necklace was beautiful well made and stunning. Nice length and genuine materials. A perfect sumner necklace.
The make up kit was a quality brand that I know my sensitive skin will be able to use
The colors are warm and I love cooler shades. But I may like it?
Passport holder is perfect, sturdy and I will use it. I like the leather and pocket inside for extra documents.
The salt was generous I will use it for cooking!
The serum was a large size. Great for younger gals. I have gluten allergies so it has wheat proteins and I am afraid to use it.

Just got my resort box and was thrilled until I opened the train case. It was dirty on the inside!! I wish I could post pictures to show you all but it really took the excitement out of the box for me. Did anyone else get one like that? It was dirty on the piping along the bottom and also on the lid. Otherwise I loved the box.

I LOVED this box! $370 value!? That is insanely great. I love the makeup case–so much better than shoving my makeup in little ipsy bags–and now my passport has a home. I tried the palette and everything is very nice and pigmented. This will come with me everywhere. Love the necklace designer, as well. I least need a serum (if we have beauty boxes, we all have a bunch), but since I don’t know how to swap I guess I will just keep it.

Does anyone know how long it takes to find out if you are accepted for the swap area?

I have been following my order for 9 days now. I swear RI is the last state to get anything. I’m trying so hard not to look at the spoilers and reviews but I had to peek at just one. The half moon pendant looks gorgeous 🙂

Is the necklace real silver? Anything priced over $50 should at least be real silver

Loved the box but curious …did anyone get the Jane Iredale makeup in the Cool palette or did they just send out Warm? If they did, would anyone like to trade?

I wish I could buy it but I can’t afford it right now, in fact I have cancel about 6 subscriptions already due to no job and saving for a house :/

I got this yesterday – I LOVE the necklace!

Did anyone else think the drunk monkey serum smelled terrible?

My makeup kit was left out of the box 🙁 Popsugar customer service said they would send a replacement so we will see how long that takes. Very disappointing to not have everything included the first time around when I’ve shelled out $100!

I love everything about this box except for the salt. I actually need these items, new train case and passport holder. I’ll have to wait until I see the necklace in person (tomorrow) to decide about it. After seeing the cost analysis, I promptly cancelled my Fathom Quarterly box. I was disappointed when I received the box but I was just plain mad when I read the cost breakdown between the two boxes. This one is worth almost $400 and that one is just barely $100. They both cost $100, and came out the same month with the same theme (travel).

The only thing appealing to me is the Drunk Elephant item.

I really wanted to get this March’s Popsugar MustHaveBox. They were sold out. I was so sad:( the Jane Iredale makeup kit and the half moon pendent were my favorites. I hope I can enter a giveaway. Also, ebay has them. So, maybe I can find at least my two faves of the box to buy. If you know of any sites that do swaps or sales on individuals from subs, please share with me. Thank you.
