I ordered Anwar too. Loved the new print on the salar Capri and really wanted the pop pink color (love the jatani outfit so much!!) but of course even the pre order was sold out. I would pick that one up in a heartbeat boo but I’m interested in the kadi outfit too. There’s no reviews on it though and as much as I want to love rompers, they are usually too short (long torso here) or just make me look really fat so I’ll wait on some reviews before biting the bullet on that one.

I agree they did not plan everything was sold out that I wanted I am on est time and I was shopping at six in the morning and it was sold out

Everything I wanted this month was sold out. I pre-ordered Jatani, but it really irritates me that they would be out of things by 10am pacific on the 1st. I mean seriously…. did they really plan that poorly?

and would it KILL THEM to have a pair of shorts with an inseam longer than 2.75 inches?

I’m new to Fabletics, and even though I got an outfit this month I wanted to know if you could tell me how to skip a month?

If I remember correctly, on the My Outfits tab, there is a section with your VIP member info. On the first of the month there is a red bar that says “Skip this Month” that you can click.

I have skipped the last couple of months but I think the new print is cute and I haven’t tried any of their shorts yet, so I picked up outfit this morning (“anwar” or something like that). I was frustrated that my first choice couple of outfits were sold out in my size (looks like the salar capris are pretty much sold out in colors other than basic black and that option is final sale). Also I wish they would offer the high impact bra in more outfit combos.
Also, at checkout there was a free magazine sub tacked on, with the option for a refund/rebate if you don’t want it. I don’t know if I can take advantage of the refund as I did that a couple of months ago with dermstore but if it works I will appreciate getting $20 back and if not I’ll enjoy checking out a new magazine. There were several choices for magazines which I thought was nice.

There were so many that I wanted this month! Finally settled on Loni and added on the Back Track Tee to get the 15% off! Can’t wait to wear these!

I ended up choosing Crandon because it seemed like a nice mixture of plain and pattern. My first outfit was 70% off!!! So good!

I like the draped top of the 2-piece blue Belonia outfit but for another $10 went with the 3-piece Ballari outfit instead because I could get the draped top with sports bra, and pants that weren’t patterned all over.

I called customer service only to change the color of my pants and they said they had to to cancel my entire order to that. They did so without checking to see if it was still in stock to re-order and of course it wasn’t! Frustrating! I really don’t understand why their customer service doesn’t have a way to change something as simple as the color of a single item without cancelling/re-entering the entire order. Or at least check their stock before cancelling a person’s order.

I’ve had this happen too… it’s so disappointing that they use a call center in the Philippines instead of domestically because almost every time I’ve called for an issue, it just feels so… unattached and distant, if that makes sense. So whenever you have an issue to resolve or need to make changes, its clear they just follow their very banal procedures/response guide and the barrier requires more patience than the norm. They don’t work directly in the company, so they don’t even really know their own products other than have the same info in front of them as we can see on the screen. I’ve had them make minor changes to an order, but instead of what to me is common sense and verifying there’s stock available first, they cancelled my existing order and when they went back in to resubmit the changes, items had sold out in the system. So basically because of their screw up, your whole orders shot. There’s a huge disconnect for me when it comes to their customer service. Maybe it’s me, maybe it’s because I just get annoyed when a multi-million dollar American company pinches pennies and off shores their CS. It’s not like the cost to have in-house CS is unjustifiable. Plus, it’s irksome enough that all of the products they sell are sourced, made and packaged outside of the U.S. to lower costs, but come on, at least give people in your own country some jobs that would actually positively impact your CS experience in every way, while you make a gigantic profit off of us with your mega-conglomeration of businesses, Kimora (and Kate).
*le sigh… :/ can you tell it’s the 4th month in a row that all my size options were sold out practically immediately again?! #FabFrustration

just looked this AM. i was interested in a few outfits but all were sold out in my size in the pants other than basic black. so disappointing. i have skipped the past 5 months. i just need to cancel. for me fabletics quality and fit is not that great anyway. i would rather spend my $50-70 on good quality workout clothes that will last and fit better. i think this brand is great for casual wear or casual workout wear but the longer ive had the items the more i dislike them. my oola tanks are way to big they seem to have stretched even more (sports bra hangs out from them on top) and the capris on me are tight on the calves and i find myself pulling them up when running. ok for lounging not ok for running!

I know what you mean. I just find their quality isn’t there for high impact workouts with frequent washes. I have been super impressed with Gap fit. Not as trendy but awesome basics

Everyone always complains about things being sold out, but weirdly enough I have only had one time when something I really wanted was sold out. I generally have no trouble picking out what I want even by mid-morning on opening day, and I dont think I have vastly different tastes than everyone else (at least I dont think so! 😉 lol) I find the quality to decent for the price. Totally know what you mean about hiking up the pants, but Im convinced its because my belly shakes all around when I run…heres to losing 20lbs? haha
