FabFitFun Summer 2015 Box Review + Coupon

Ordered my box on July 30th and still have not received it. When I followed up they apologized profusely and promised to ship sameday or next at latest (this was August 27th). I followed up on August 31st as I did not receive shipping confirmation and received a “We are terribly sorry for the trouble. It looks like the label for your box was generated today.” Of course it was, because I complained and followed up AGAIN. This is ridiculous. When I responded telling that what terrible customer service they have they responded with “would you like me to cancel your account?”. Wonderful customer retention. Now I still have to wait another 7-12 days for shipment. I’d like to note – for most, yes this is just a $40 box but for Canadians, it’s not. My payment confirmation shows as $39.99 plus $8 shipping but at the end of the day with a $1.30 CAD conversion, I’m paying over $62 for this thing with nothing but headaches. All they offered was a $10US credit to put towards my next box (useless) and an offer to throw in an extra “goodie” to my box – which again proves they haven’t even shipped it yet. Unreal.

Anyone else having issues with the box gone missing? My box was originally shipped using USPS standard service, but it randomly changed into Priority Mail. Therefore, I wasn’t expecting it real soon since the USPS’s standard service is normally really slow. I recently tracked it again since it has been awfully a long time. The tracking shows that it was left on my porch on the 20th, but I don’t have the box. I don’t know what to do besides email the customer service and crossed my fingers.

Half of me hope that I’m not the only one having this kind of problem. The other half knows it’s selfish of me to think that way…. I really hope they can find my box instead of blowing me off.

Anyone know the customer service number I can get a hold of FabFitFun? I so had it with them.

hmmm… I am definitely in the minority here. I really liked this box and will use absolutely everything. I also received an email from FFF saying that they were having some customs issues shipping so that there would be a delay but that they would be throwing in a bonus in my fall box for the delay. But to be honest, I don’t really pay attention to when exactly the box is supposed to arrive or when my card is charged so I wasn’t bothered that it came a little later into the month. I think they do a lovely job of curating, however I don’t get too many other boxes so that may be why I wasn’t upset over having items similar to what I’d received in other boxes….
Still love FFF and already can’t wait for the Fall box!

I was tempted to buy this box especially now with the 20$ off but with all the bad reviews I will pass . I’m expecting my PS box anyday , can’t wait !!!!!

This box was pretty nice but i ended up giving away the nail wrap and Tarte lip gloss. I’ll definitely use everything else in the box.

I received my box today. I was all set to be cranky because it had not been received and I had to call to find out what happened to it. They send me out a new box 2nd day air, and I received it today. OK Fab fit fun, all is forgiven. This may just be my favorite box yet! I love the perfume, love the sponge, love the lipgloss, and love the lotion! I don’t even care about the value of the necklace, because truthfully everything else more than makes up for it. And I’m so excited to try the meditation website! Total win

I just got an email with the USPS tracking number. Did anyone else got their box shipped by USPS? I thought they are supposed to use Fedex Smartpost or something. I know they are both really bad in term of delivery time, but I was hoping that it may be quicker with Fedex Smartpost. Even though sometimes Fedex Smartpost takes even longer.

I received the speaker in a swap-no instructions in the box. Did it come with instructions? And is anyone else’s fm radio not working? All I hear is static.

I love this box but the nail wraps just aren’t my thing. Perhaps I have odd shaped nails, but they just did not seem to fit. I tried out 2 of them, so I really cannot post them on the swap site, but I hate to completely waste them. Other than those, I will use everything in this box.

Love everything except the nail wraps. Those are such a waste! I guess they’ll go into my gift pile. They just look so cheap.

Decided to resub. I wanted the rose gold moon necklace, and got tired of trying to swap for it. There are not to many of those listed, and the other colors and other designs listed many people have in comments they want the rose gold moon necklace. Resubbing was so much easier. Plus I’m also interested in the perfume rollon, the tart lip gloss and the speaker. All those combined make the box worth it for me. The other items I’ll be regifting. Yet I’m fine with that. I stopped getting popsugar which I sometimes miss, but I don’t miss the extra $40 a month expense, and more products I wont use monthly. I wish that FFF would have chosen other items instead of the: Vaseline Intensive Care Spray Moisturizer and the Gorge I’ll Make You Look Amazing Daily Spray. I know the spray cant be mailed via usps and i doubt if the daily spray can be mailed either by usps. Even though I have not gotten this box yet, I know I’ll be happy enough with my purchase, great deal for the price paid, as long as the perfume rollon does not break.

I have the rose gold moon, would like to trade for the yellow gold moon.

FFF is now deleting posts to their FB page of people complaining about either shipping or receiving damaged items. They deleted my post stating that my summer box STILL has not shipped. Shady business practices and poor customer service. I’ve tried to cancel but, that function is not working on their website.

Has anyone else still not gotten their box?

I’m going to gift my necklace since I am allergic to fake/cheap jewelry. I looked at the website for Wrenn and there is not one other necklace that is over $42. I think they inflated the price significantly for the purpose of selling the box. This is my first box from them and I’m not impressed. I like the speaker and it will match my golf clubs but other than that and a few other items it is a bust for me. I am considering canceling my subscription but will give them one more month…

Anyone else have their perfume burst all over their box? Ugh! Also, I’m putting my rose gold heart up on the swap site. Looking for the horseshoe.

Did anyone else have an issue with the speaker? I got it to pair with my phone, but there is no sound coming out of it. the play/pause/fwd/back controls work fine, just no sound.

Just got my box in and I totally love it ! I got the turquoise speaker, which was the one I wanted, my tarte lip gloss is in a really pretty sheer pinkish mauve color called exquisite that has a pretty purple mosaic outside. I couldn’t have ask for a better color, I was so worried I would get a dark color. I got the rose gold heart necklace, which I am hoping to trade for the gold horseshoe, I could use the luck ! The perfume smells so good, kinda musky but not too strong and its all oil, not a bit of alcohol smell. This is such a great box for the $40 I paid !
