I Will Not Fail This City T-shirt - Value $22

This Arrow inspired shirt shows the TV portrayal of Oliver Queen with Starling City as the background. If you have seen any of my unboxing videos - you'll know that I love when the included shirt is not a mashup! It's a thinner, 100% cotton, material - so it should work nicely for hot summer days, so it's definitely a keeper. Liz and I flew through the first two season of Arrow, but stalled in season 3 (there's just too much good TV!), maybe this will be a kickstart back into the series.

Mumm-Ra Funko POP - Value $10

Thundercats! This could have easily found a place in Wil Wheaton's 80's box. This is the first Thundercat in my Funko POP collection, and little me was a huge Thundercats fan.

The World According To Wolverine Book - Value $20

He's the best there is at what he does, and what he does best now include narrating a book! This is a really cool book, it has some interactive page elements, attached postcards to the pages and such, and also includes a poster at the back. I've been a big Wolverine fan since my brother introduced me to comics when I was young, so I'm excited to take a closer look. It's written like professor Wolverine writing a book for the young superheroes in his class.

ZOTZ Fizz Power Candy - Value $1? (for both)

We received watermelon and grape flavored Fizz Power Candy. This is a hard candy with a center that fizzes. I'm trying the watermelon right now and it's a bit sour...and I just got the center and it's super sour...definitely not for me.

South Park, The Stick Of Truth, Kenny as The Princess Kidrobot figure - Value $7

Based on last year's best video game (in my opinion, of course) The Stick Of Truth, this 3 inch vinyl figure is of Princess Kenny. It also includes Kenny's bow from the game. I actually already own all of the Kidrobot South Park characters - so this is going to a friend. If you're a South Park fan - you should absolutely play last year's game! I'm already excited for the new game, next year!

VERDICT: According to all of the prices that I found online, this box was well above the value that I paid. I like all of the items, except for the candy, and they've included one of the best shirts from a geek box. This is another geek box without a monthly theme - so it's a toss-up as to what type of items you'll be receiving each month, but this month was certainly a hit for me.

What did you think of this month's Geek Me Box?

I must buy or try to trade for the Wolverine book. My 16 year old will love reading it! I remember watching Thundercats when I was little.

I’m feeling some serious love for that Arrow shirt. I really need to restrain myself from subbing to another geek box…
