Rocket Raccoon Dorbz Vinyl Figure - Value $12
I would expect more and more Dorbz in upcoming geek boxes. This is a new Funko/Vinyl Sugar line - I received my first ever Dorbz in the first Marvel Collector's Corps box. I don't have Rocket yet, so this is a new addition to the collection.
Marvel Groot #1 - Value $2-3
Rocket's partner in crime makes an appearance in my box as well! I almost bought this at the comic store two weeks ago. Between not buying this or Jurassic Park, and subsequently getting them both in a subscription box, maybe my superpower is subscription box item foresight? This is Groot's first ever appearance in his own series, it's brand new too - just released in early June. I love getting comics in these boxes, but more importantly, I love getting the first issue in a run! It's tough to jump into later issues!
Monopoly T-shirts - Value $10-15 each
These are both officially licensed HASBRO t-shirts. Surprisingly, I couldn't find these exact shirts online to provide a value. All of my Monopoly memories end with someone's passive aggressive anger towards another player. Oh the memories!
NECA Scaler Potted Groot - Value $5
Baby Groot appearance! I love these NECA scalers, I've swapped for a couple too. I have more than enough cords for them to scale around my work station.
Bean Boozled Jelly Beans - Value $4
Liz loved watching me try the Harry Potter Every Flavour Beans. These are pretty much the same idea - except with a new 'Stinky Socks' flavor. I'm not sure that I'm brave enough to try these after my first, and only, experience. I simply can't risk getting the 'Canned Dog Food' flavor.
DeadWorld Orange Roamer Soda - Value ?
From their website - "DeadWorld soda is a limited edition release of all natural soda featuring original artwork from the artists of the DeadWorld Comic Series". I'm not familiar with the comic series, I was hoping that the book was an issue, but it's not. The book seems like it's just an ad for all the flavors available, but it does explain the characters and their traits - and some sweet artwork. As for the soda - I don't drink soda anymore, but I was curious of what an all natural orange soda tasted like, and it's great!
VERDICT: This is our third Power Up Box. Each one has been a hit with me, and they've always included a Funko product in each box so far. We've received a Fabrikation, a POP, and now a Dorbz character - so that is a win for me. I like all the items in the box, there was almost a Guardians of the Galaxy theme forming here - and I'd love to see them theme their boxes in the future!
