I just learned that BeautyDNA is revamping their website to allow for input of promotional codes. This should be done by the end of the month. At that time, exisiting members will be able to enter promo codes into their account for use.

I purchased this deal with Groupon voucher and this is what I found…
Groupon acquired Ideel last year, so they are basically the same company. I thought it was strange when I was searching Ideel voucher within Groupon and it took me right to Ideel home page, but makes sense now. I contacted them for 10% discount for first time customer and they said that they cannot combine 10% and Groupon, so automatically the higher promotion (Groupon) applied. Please let me know if you have a different experience…

Please also let me know if you are an existing customer at Beauty DNA and are able to add Ideel deal on your account. I also bought Rue La La and will be activating it in September as a first time customer and would much prefer to add Ideel voucher after my RLL one runs out so that I don’t have to create another profile. Thank you!

Hopefully the wait list wont be long or a better subscription will be available.

I am having a real problem with Beauty DNA. I received my voucher on Friday and tried to register per the link however their website said I already have an account (I signed up today before the voucher came but did not complete any purchase). I emailed their customer support. I have received multiple emails stating that they have a 4 hour turn around and that they will get back to me….but no answer. Finally I get an answer yesterday, where they don’t read my question and just send back the same information that doesn’t work. I emailed them yesterday and so far no one is responding. Is the customer service always this bad!!!
does anyone have an alternate contact method for Beauty DNA since they are not responding to their email?

Sounds like same problem I had when I first signed up with rue la la deal. I emailed customer service and they just deleted the account I had created so that when I used the link in the voucher and set up account, it showed as a new one. From what I remember, they were pretty quick to reply. Maybe try again and just ask if they can delete the account /profile so you can set up new one.

For those of you who got the shipping charge reversed – what’s the best way to get a hold of them?

I was also given a $5 shipping charge and the 10% off disappeared when I used the $40 voucher. I guess this company is really hard up for not actually letting you get a good deal. Last time I shop through Ideel. I am ruelala all the way after this experience.

I mailed then asking for this and they say only 1 voucher can be applied for order, so groupon or first time customer, and they aplied the groupon, so you loose the first puchase discount

I think they fixed everything. My two correct payments now say completed and they canceled the other double charge.

I have two pending charges (one from the 18th, one the 19th) too. This is definitely not leaving me with good feelings about ideel. My order status says ‘shipped’ whatever that means and the estimated delivery dates keep getting pushed to later dates.

Has anyone actually received their voucher? I purchased on Weds, and the terms says voucher will be received 24 hours after purchase. I emailed customer service yesterday when I didn’t receive it, and got a canned response today that it would be emailed out 24 hours after purchase (which obviously didn’t address my issue). I haven’t received it as of this morning.

I was told the same thing but still haven’t received it. Starting to get a little frustrated. When I have bought vouchers from ruelala I have received my voucher within like an hour. This is kind of ridiculous -especially since it is not a material good- and is making me question this website (never heard of them before this). Has anyone else received their voucher?

I just checked my Paypal account and saw that Ideel canceled it. I emailed them just a minute ago asking why. The other payment is still pending. Maybe they won’t let you do the groupon deal and the Ideel deal with the same shipping address (one per customer maybe?).

I was on the fence about this deal but my BeautyDNA box arrived today )purchased through Rue La La) and I’ll just extend the sub when this ends next month. I revived a facial serum and an angry-frizz hair spray in product. Both products are home so I’ll last brands tomorrow.

Did both deals but how do you get it to the BeautyDNA subscription? My email from Ideel doesn’t have any code for BeautyDNA. Also – I would like to to stretch to 8 months not have the 2 subs at once for 4 months.

Laura, the voucher should be emailed to you at a later time (possibly later today or tomorrow). Looks like you can only purchase 4-months at a time. I had to use two emails to purchase two Ideel Groupons, but was able to use both Groupons under one Ideel account. From what I understand, you’ll be able to stagger out the vouchers so you can activate other vouchers later!

Oh – I can activate (when I eventually get codes) the vouchers at separate times?

Customer service said not all the orders are processed right away so even though it says within 24 hours, it is probably more like 48 hours (or whenever they process the order)

Wow, I’m so glad I waited to jump on this with the Groupon revelation. I’m already on the voucher I purchased from RueLaLa and just bought two more deals through Ideel. I do hope we can stagger out these vouchers. If not, I think I can manage with multiple matches from BeautyDNA per month 😉

Also, BeautyDNA has become my favorite sub! First month, I received a Natura Bisse C+C Body Lift ($94 value) plus a bonus Phyto hair balm deluxe sample. Second month, I got a June Jacobs Age Defying Copper Complex cream ($148 value!!) plus a bonus full-sized Dr. Brandt Pores No More cleanser (FYI – the RueLaLa deal came with a bonus item each month). I’m anxiously awaiting this month’s match!

same. I am at the pretty much 24 hour mark and nothing has come through. I emailed Ideel’s customer service. When I bought a subscription deal from RueLala a few months ago I got a separate email with the redemption code about an hour after my order was confirmed.

Do we receive a voucher from ideel to redeem at Beauty DNA? I received an order confirmation from ideel, and it just says order is processing,they will let me know when it is on the way, but don’t see any voucher information.

I didn’t get a voucher yet either just a confirmation email; it’s been almost 24 hours for me, so I contacted customer service but they just gave an automated response that I’ll receive the voucher within 24 hours…

IT was free shipping on the BeautyDNA item, but once I used the promo code, it added $4.95 for shipping!!! Still a good deal. Contacting support now because that doesn’t many ANY sense. No shipping is happening!

Wow, I didn’t even notice that! Happened to me too! Whatever, still a good deal. I had really good luck when I subscribed to BeautyDNA over a year ago. I had to cancel because I was getting married, and I needed to cut corners (AKA unsubscribe from all my subscriptions.)

I did one of these deals off of rulala. At first I was excited but I only got one box so far and the very expensive stretch mark cream they sent me goes for like 8 dollars on amazon and the face wash burns my eyes really bad, I’ve never had that problem with a face wash before. We shall see how the next box goes

I have been wondering about this box but I only like to use fragrance free skin care on my face. Does the profile get that specific?

I have an allergy to a flower so can’t use anything scented with or containing it. I contacted them and they added it to my profile. Try that!

The profile does get that specific, but I think they do not make an absolute guarantee. My products have matched my profile perfectly though.

wow, right now groupon has a $40 coupon code to ideel for $25, plus for the next day or so use the extra code on groupon for 20% off……and the deal works, because i just did it! redeemed on groupon then ideel. paid about $40 for a 4 month subscription.. AWESOME, thanks, i love this site.. LOL…m

Thanks for the info on the groupon, I just purchased it using the 20% off code, then used it to buy the beauty DNA box. I already purchased one last night using the 10% off code so now I have 8 months (plus one month left from the rue la la deal). I really like my beauty DNA subscription and was paying the $25 per month for it before all the deals. I have to keep making new accounts with them but I have emailed them about what products I’ve already received and so far have not gotten any duplicates.

Yay! This was my first “adult” sub and it was the best until they started sending me items that were available on amazon for half the price of the sub itself. Then a few months after I canceled the sub and also canceled my credit card, I received a box (with a $13 product only) even though I hadnt resubscribed. I don’t know how BeautyDNA got my new credit card info but they charged the new card. Well this is a great deal because not only is it a great bargain, but you can use PAYPAL to purchase it.
