We finally have new details on the upcoming Nina Garcia Quarterly Box #NGQ06! The theme of the box is Travel Essentials, and it will include on-the-go beauty products and a few tech gadgets.

There has been literally no updating on this box, no news at all. I hope they release something in the next day or so or I am cancelling.

Nina and Quarterly are so disappointing. I was with Nina from the beginning for a fashion/style box. I quit a box or so ago because the hair theme was not for me and neither is travel. And the thing about quarterly is you can get most of their boxes as “best of” so if you feel like you missed out on a great box it will most likely be available later. Holding out on this one.

It is strange that Nina’s recent boxes have become so different from her initial style theme.
The hair box could have been an Eva Scrivo box as well, and the travel box sounds like something Fathom could have curated.(If both were still curators that is 😛 )
There are so many (better and punctual!) beauty boxes out there, and every other box on Quarterly seems to be a travel box.
I completely lost interest in Quarterly.

Sorry to miss your question. It’s my personal opinion that they will need to do a spoiler for the Nina Garcia box. It’s also my personal opinion that this box will ship near the end of Sept or the beginning of Oct. Quarterly did confirm it is now shipping in September. I don’t foresee the box selling out. The last three ended up on the Best of Quarterly. It’s possible to wait until someone receives the box, posts the spoiler, and then you can email Quarterly to see if the box is available. You do not have to wait for the box to appear on the Best of Quarterly. At least not in the past.
Once upon a time, this box would sell-out. There was a lot of excitement around it. The fall 2014 box got delayed until near the end of the year. The spring box seemed more like an Eva Scrivo box. The spoilers, to me, indicate that a travel box fell through and is now being worked into the Nina Garcia box.
I used to be a big Quarterly proponent. It’s hard to feel that way this year.

It’s late at night for me. The “spoilers” are in reference to the theme. I am not aware of actual spoilers. I also find it ironic that Quarterly says this will ship in September when last year it was supposed to ship in August, then September, then postponed even longer because of Fashion week until it finally shipped around Thanksgiving.
I would love to see a return to what attracted most of us to the NG boxes.
