Each box comes with a card detailing the items included.

Salt of the Earth Bakery "The Cookie" - Value $7

This box included 4 cookies made with chocolate and Maldon Sea Salt. They were as good as they looked (according to Eric!).

Salty Road Salt Water Taffy in Sea Salt Caramel - Value $6.50

This is turning out to be a very sweet box! (And one my husband loves!)

Aromafloria Aromatherapy Stress Less Foaming Bubble Bath - Value $13

This bubble bath is made with lavender, chamomile and sage - perfect relaxing scents. And it's also vegan, and free of parabens, phthalates, and sulfates!

Simple Traditions Watermelon Whipped Soap - Value $6

This whipped soap smells EXACTLY like all the watermelon flavored candy, lip balm, etc. I loved as a child! (So, not the most natural scent, but definitely the most nostalgic!)

It's a pretty product too:

Now that I know how spot on the watermelon scent is, I really want to try their Cake Batter Whipped Soap!

Verdict: This box has a value of about $32.50. That's in line with what I've come to expect from Hammock Pack. (Very close to the cost of the box). I like the bath products, and my husband liked the sweets, so this box was a win for us. What do you think of the August Hammock Pack?

This looks like a great box. Is it still available?

Wow! I can’t say how “NY” this is but I love every item! I’m not usually tempted by this box but I would LOVE to get this.

Anyone interested in SELLING any or all items from it? Please email [email protected].
Thanks!

Whipped soap?! Now there’s something I could get behind! Sounds so luxurious!

I don’t subscribe to this box, but that whipped soap looks fascinating, so I followed your link and bought myself some 😀

Uhh… They do realize that New York is an entire state, right?! Since they’ve previously featured whole states before as boxes, I’m assuming they meant New York State and not just the city as the box in which case…. Ugh. It’s the typical stereotype that people only think of the city. Over here in the upstate region, we have so many more great things that could have been included to make an excellent box — spiedie marinade sauce, anything to do with the wonderful wineries our area is known for, so many great breweries, a thriving art community.. There is SO much to choose from instead of picking everything from around the city. I’m disappointed. 🙁

The whipped soap comes from an Etsy shop based out of “Upstate New York” (doesn’t say which exact city).

:)

Confused how this follows the ‘New York’ theme? I have lived in New York State my entire life (NYC for the past 8 years, upstate before that) and see no connection.

My thoughts exactly, NY? If I hadn’t seen the theme that would be my last guess- salt water taffy? save that for Jersey’s box. 😉

Rachel

I agree, I am a Jersey girl and thought the same about the taffy. 🙂

“Salty Road Salt Water Taffy in Sea Salt Caramel”.

I was not expecting you to describe that as sweet after a name like that, ha!

Looks like a fun box!
