Handmade Beauty Box Subscription Box Review September 2015 - instructions

This month we made clay facial masks! I love a good mask.

The instructions come folded into a little card, so this is what it looks like unfolded. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow this month.

These are all of the materials that were included, except for some reason the tea tree oil and the little dropper got left out of the picture. In any case, everything was included that I needed to make one or two of three different masks.

I wish I had something more interesting to show than these two little jars of clay masks, but these are my finished product! I made one oil-free clay mask and one soothing oil clay mask. They turned out great! All that was involved was measuring the ingredients and mixing together. So easy!

I tried the soothing oil clay mask and it felt great. It left my skin feeling clean and soft, but definitely not dried out.

The verdict: I like Handmade Beauty Box a lot! I like knowing exactly what I'm putting on my skin, and when you make it yourself, you know. I also think that for $31.50, two big jars of clay masks is a great bargain.

I got this and it was super fun to make. I really like that I know what is in what I’m putting on my face.

This sub is a nice idea but I can find all these ingredients for less at my local (varying) supply and grocery stores.

So glad you like the face masks and thanks for the great review. The cute mud mask labels were in the bottom of the box so they don’t wrinkle…they really spice up the bail jars =) Thanks again!

They also include labels, but I don’t see those in the review. They would have been at the bottom of the box.
