I have received their first 2 mailings (actually, mine have both been sent in bags) and really do like the items that have been sent. Even though I have many tote bags I do like the designs that they send. I did have an issue with my first mailing (also a “buy 1 get 1 free” offer) — a serum had a defective leaky cap and customer service was very attentive with replacements.

I’m always into free boxes, but was wondering if when you sign up ate you charged the $34.95 right away or after the free box ships?

I ordered it. You can’t beat a free box and I’ve never tried this sub so thought it was worth it. I’m pretty sure I will cancel after this one ships because I am signed up for way too many.
