Super Geek Box is a box in the geek category. They have a monthly themed box that promises to send out $40+ of goodies in each delivery.
My Subscription Addiction pays for this box. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).
The Subscription Box: Super Geek Box
The Cost: $13.92 plus shipping ($6 shipping to the US)
The Products: $40+ Value of goodies in each box. Every month features a mystery collection with a guaranteed exclusive Ultra-EPIC Shirt!
Ships to: US and Canada
Each box is themed, this month's theme was 'Legacy'. The card unfolds vertically to display information about all the items.
Sith Shirt - Value $10?
Show that your legacy lies with the dark side with this awesome shirt! This is a really cool play on the Nike logo, it's definitely one that made me smile when I first saw it.
C-3PO Funko POP - Value $8.99 on Amazon
I was giddy to open the box and see this waiting for me! This C-3PO POP is from the Force Awakens - I'm assuming the December boxes will be full of Star Wars items - and you could have received 1 of 6 possible POPs, so I was glad I didn't get a repeat POP to start off the month!
Time Traveler Drawstring Bag - Value $10?
This Doctor Who drawstring bag is a Super Geek Box exclusive! Seems like the perfect graphic for a bag like this! Doctor Who fans are going to love this one exclusive.
"That's No Moon" Magnet - Value $5?
This magnet is also an exclusive this month, as we get one more item to get us ready for December 18th!
Nyan Dog Adventures Lanyard - Value $5?
They include an Adventure Time/Nyan Cat lanyard.
Here's a close up of Finn and Jake as Nyan Cat!
Christmas Greeting Card - Value $3.99?
I'm not even sure what greeting cards cost these days, so that's really just a guess.
Here's the inside of the card - this will be a good card to give to a Star Wars fan just in time for Christmas and The Force Awakens opening.
Verdict: I thought this was a great box from Super Geek Box! I'm always ecstatic to get new POPs, and I thought the shirt and drawstring bag were great also - so the big items were real wins this month. Super Geek Box and 1UP Box are in the same price range and value, so they're direct competitors, and both had really strong months! I'd say this box may be leaning more towards an older crowd than 1UP, so keep that in mind for gifting season!
