Thank You Folded Card

Solar System Postcard

I love the marbleized look of this thank you card - and I'm always a fan of gold foil!

On the flipside of this postcard it says, "Greetings From Another Planet."

Taxi Print Flat Card

My one complaint about this subscription is that I would like the cards to be a little more general use. For example, with this card I saw it and thought "What a great print!" then I turned it over and it says, "Let's Take A Trip Together!" A little specific!

Happy Birthday Folded Card

Milkshake Flat Card

This birthday card is blank inside, and I love the yellow striped envelope that goes with it - very useful! On the flipside of the milkshake card it says. "Sorry you had a bad week."

100% Pure Honey Flat Card

Beets Folded Card

On the flipside of the honey card: "You're The Sweetest."

And inside the beets card: "Nothing Beets Being Your Friend!"

I'm a sucker for a corny pun, so no complaints with that one!

Go You Flat Card

Paint Brushes Flat Card

I love both of these cards. The Go You card is blank on the backside, and I think perfect for a little inspirational framing!

On the back of the paint brush card it says, "Reasons why you are awesome..." with 4 lines to fill out.

Washi Tape Strips

I thought we'd see more holiday themed cards in this pack, but at least we get cute holiday themed washi tape!

This is My Year Print

Happy Mail almost always sends an inspirational print, and this is perfect for an end of the year box - plus I love all the gold foil!

Verdict: I like this subscription every month! I paid $15 for this shipment (I committed to an annual subscription up front), and I think the value is great - just a little over $1 an item for completely original works! As I mentioned earlier, the only issue I have with this subscription is that sometimes the cards aren't as general use as I'd like.

I liked this month’s delivery pretty well, but all in all am kind of over this sub and regretting signing on for the year. On the bright side, I think it’s given me a new appreciation for the art of selecting the perfect card. So many of the designs, puns (so many puns), and sentiments from happy mail just don’t fit me and my people, and so I find that a lot of every month’s items go unused. I haven’t had a lot of luck offloading unused items in swaps either. Lesson learned! Just a few months to go!

I loved this month’s Happy Mail. I was also sad to find zero holiday cards but that is okay.

I loved this month! Every card was perfect! That said, I’m a little sad that they didn’t have a single holiday card or even a happy New Years card.

I was bummed because I was one of the subscribers who received the non-gold foil version of the print and it was SO UGLY. Seriously ugly. I’m semi-ok with it since the rest of the cards are so cute, but this is the first print I have received from them that I have no plans in hanging anywhere and it looks best in my trash can. 🙁

This month I liked about half of the items. Not a bad month, but I wouldn’t say they hit it out of the park either. Is it wrong that I kind of miss the boatload of significant other cards they used to send? I can still only realistically use 1, maaaybe 2, of those per month, but they were pretty darned cute. Other than my SO, I usually give cards to my mom, my in-laws, my coworkers, pregnant friends, engaged friends, etc.

This is another great set of cards. Although there are only so many loving cards I can send to my husband without him thinking I must be up to something, lol. I don’t send gooey cards to my friends either, so more of a mix would be most welcome.
Perhaps more birthday cards and some seasonal cards.
