So disappointed in Bluum. I tried them once about 2 years, before they revamped themselves, and got a box of what looked like warehouse leftovers. Canceled, went with Citrus Lane and was happy.

After CL went under, I decided to give Bluum another chance to check out their revamped service via a special renewal offer they sent. They charged me the wrong price when I renewed, but did fix it right away.

Today I got my box and bleh! Received only 3 items, not the 4 their FAQs promise, and none of it was impressive. Hopefully their CS does something amazing for me because I’m ready to cancel again.
