The box comes with a magazine with a lot of fun info. Including information about the items in your box!

Loot Pets Subscription Box Review December 2015 - lid

I thought the lid was fun as well!

Loot Pets Subscription Box Review December 2015 - firefly dog bowl

Firefly Dog Bowl - Value $10 on Amazon (based on set of 2)

This first item is a Firefly brand dog bowl! This 10 oz. bowl is really well made! It has the 'Troublemaker' brand on the outside of the bowl made famous in the series.

Here's a look at the bowl.

Loot Pets Subscription Box Review December 2015 - shirt

Hypergalactic Shirt - Value $5?

They include a shirt for your pup as well! I was afraid we had picked the wrong size, even using their provided sizing chart, but it turned out to be the absolute perfect size for our dog, Buckles.

Loot Pets Subscription Box Review December 2015 - matching shirts

It matches this month's Loot Crate shirt (review coming soon!) to boot! Liz and I loved this!

Loot Pets Subscription Box Review December 2015 - collar and tagAlien Collar - Value $15?

I can't find these online, but I did find a lot of eBay listings for $15 of this exact collar from this box. This is from the Alien series - and while I'm not the biggest Aliens fan, I have an idea on who to gift it to, so it's a win!

Founding Member Collar Charm

They also included this little 'Founding Member' dog collar charm!

Loot Pets Subscription Box Review December 2015 - treats

Galactic Snaps Dog Treats - Value $5-10?

These are 100% freeze-dried liver treats made in the U.S.A. Pretty much spot on of what you'd want in a treat - one ingredient, 100% beef liver, and made in the U.S.A. A+ on that Loot Crate!

Verdict: Liz and I had a blast with our first Loot Pets! The value comes to around $35+, and for a $25 box, that's great! Liz and I especially enjoyed our coordinated shirts this month and hope that something similar might continue in future boxes. Liz's idea - a Batman shirt in Loot Crate and a Robin shirt in Loot Pets - we'd love that type box synergy!

I loved my pet loot crate, my only issue was that I picked XL for collar and t-shirt as I have big dogs, and my bowl is probably not even big enough for them to have a snack or sip of water from. Kind of wasteful as I’ve had to just give it away, and I really would have loved an appropriate sized on. Perhaps they could tailor crates to pet size.

I hope any future shirts match that month’s Loot Crate for humans.

I’m definitely signing up for this! Also anyone who got this – can I buy or swap for the card with the pug on it? I have a pug and this needs to be in my house! Love that he is all ready for space.

Besides the treats, cats can use this box to. It will be more difficult to put a sweater on a cat, yet cute, the bowl and collar could also be used. Great first box!

lol! Matching shirts is the cutest thing everrrr! Not that you have to share with us or anything, but maybe your whole family should wear matching Lootcrate shirts for a Christmas Portrait (… what if the designs matched up? omg, cuteness overload)
