Hi Arden. If you don’t mind, could you pleas update us on when you actually receive the box too. I subscribed to their deluxe box in November and my order is still listed as “processing” (although they charged my credit card a month ago). Upon the advice of another subscriber on this blog (thank you!!) I canceled my subscription today because they were going to bill me for a second box tomorrow, before the first box had even shipped. Customer service told me their box deliveries are delayed because their vendors shipments were delayed so I am curious when you will receive your box.

Once I receive my first box (assuming I do, who knows!) I may resubscribe if I like it, but I’m certainly not going to pay for 2 boxes before receiving anything.

I’m surprised this company was offering generous incentives at a time when they already clearly don’t have adequate inventory or proper infrastructure (or both) to deliver their products to their existing customers in a timely manner.

Hopefully my box will be fabulous and all will be forgiven but right now it seems like a bit of a trainwreck.
