Trendsend is a personal styling service created by Evereve, a nation-wide retailer specializing in styling moms. It’s quickly become my favorite styling service, and probably one of my favorite subscriptions in general!
Trendsend brings the styling experience of Evereve’s stores to the comfort of your home based off of your personal preferences and style profile. You can choose to receive Trendsends every month, every other month, or quarterly. You can also choose to receive a Trendsend box at any time, without signing up for a subscription.
FYI – the items in my Trendsend boxes are selected for me based off of my preferences and style profile, so your boxes may look completely different!
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).
It’s a small touch, but I love these little encouraging stickers!
The Subscription: Trendsend by Evereve
The Cost: *Trendsend recently updated their model so there is a $20 styling fee that goes towards your purchase, but will not get refunded if you choose to send everything back.* You also pay for whatever items you keep.
The Products: 2-3 outfits: each box will contain 6-8 items, including tops, bottoms, dresses, and accessories (they offer sizes 0-14).
Ships to: US + APO addresses
Every box contains a letter from your stylist that talks about what items they sent you that month. I love how personal my stylist’s letter is!
OUTFIT #1:
Classic Jersey Tank in White – Cost to Keep: $28
I mentioned loving this tank top when they sent it to me last month in black, so they sent it again in white! Definitely a high quality basic.
Free People Sheila Hacci – Cost to Keep: $68
I’m a fan of this top! I don’t normally care for drapey things and I would never have picked this up in the store, but I love it. It’s super soft, comfortable, and will be easy for nursing!
Kut from the Kloth Diana Skinny Jeans in Breezy – Cost to Keep: $69 (on sale! Original price $89)
Part of me feels like I should be irked that they sent the same pair of jeans in the same wash as once before (which I purchased), but I love these jeans so much I can’t be mad. Plus, Trendsend is all about getting whole outfits, and they know how much I love this brand (and skinnies!). Also, this lets me see how the clothes work with my current wardrobe. They’re on sale, so I just might buy a second pair!
OUTFIT #2:
Braeve Kayak Button Down – Cost to Keep: $39.99 (on sale! Original price $68)
I really love this top! I was totally planning on buying it, but all the reviews on Evereve’s website say this top shrinks badly when washed, even by hand in cold water! I just don’t have the time (or desire, let’s face it) to get things in my regular wardrobe dry cleaned, so I’m going to have to pass.
Kut from the Kloth Diana Skinny Jeans in Grey – Cost to Keep: $89
Again, my favorite brand and style of jeans, in a new color! I don’t actually own any grey jeans. I love these – I just wish they were on sale, too!
Excelsior Tassel and Bangle Pendant Necklace – Cost to Keep: $28
I can’t find this necklace on their site, even by typing in the style number, so my guess is that they no longer sell it. I like the different accents on the necklace and the tassel is just fun. (detail shots below)
John and Jenn Aztec Open Drape Cardigan – Cost to Keep: $49.99 (on sale! Original price $88)
This cardigan is actually one I requested in my comments in my style profile! I love to know that my stylist really paid attention to that. I don’t think this pattern is “Aztec” as much as it is geometric, but that’s not a big deal to me. I like it! It’s very warm.
Here’s a better picture of the necklace.
Verdict: This is my third Trendsend box and I have to say that it’s one of my favorite subscriptions! I always look forward to opening this box when it comes in the mail. I’ve never had a clothing box have everything always fit me perfectly (even with the first box!). I think their clothes are very well suited to my curvier figure than some stores can be. Plus, I love knowing they have me as a “busy mom” in mind and pay attention to my mom-related needs for clothing.
I know they changed their model to be closer to Stitch Fix, where they charge $20 when your box ships and that goes towards your purchased items, but that honestly doesn’t bother me because I know I’m going to buy at least one thing every box (if not more!). I do think that they could offer a discount for keeping everything like Stitch Fix does, but I know Evereve is a real retail store, so I can see how that might not work for them.
