I had the 4 month subscription too and they have skipped a month twice. I thought I had seen somewhere that if they can’t match you for that month, that you won’t receive a product but they try to match you the next month. I’m okay with them waiting until they have a match. I just received a $140.00 neck cream from a pretty good brand! I think I get most excited about my Beauty DNA box!

Just an FYI, I also did not receive a January box (I had added my Gilt subscription to an existing RueLaLa sub) however my account was marked as fulfilled for January. I contacted CS and they agreed with my assessment and then nothing. I sent two more Emails and I just received a ship notice for February yesterday. Now I need to verify that I still have 3 more boxes coming, not two. They’ve been pretty easy to deal with in the past but I think the “free” January box offering threw them off kilter.

I did the Gilt City deal, and their selections were horrible. Products were mostly from infomercials and ended up throwing them away.

I also did the Gilt deal and got my first two boxes. Then I didn’t get any notice for January. I inquired, and it turns out that my preferences were too restrictive and they didn’t have any items they could send me. It would have been nice if they’d let me know about that without me asking, but in any case, I loosened my preferences and they sent out the item. I still don’t have it so I won’t know if I like it.
But those of you who have not received an item may want to either e-mail them about it or make sure that your preferences are not too restrictive.

Thank you so much for posting. The same thing happened to me, I received November and December but nothing in January and no notification. Now my account profile says my next shipment will not be until March 11, 2016! I’ve reached out to customer service and they’re looking into it, but I suspect I too need to change my preferences.
I liked the items I’ve received so far, but I won’t be renewing after my Gilt City deal is over, I just want to make sure I receive the 4 months worth of items I’ve already paid for.

I signed up through the gilt city deal in November.. and have yet to get a box. They assured me when I e-mailed that I’d get one in January, and nothing. Now it’s the third full month after and I’ve still yet to get one.

Did u fully complete your profile and problem areas? I emailed them Re the same and the problem was I didn’t give them enough options for them to not duplicate what I already received.

Yes, it’s all filled out, and everything is set up! I opened my preferences up twice more now, so hopefully Feb will actually be my month 😛

When you signed up, did you at least get the voucher emailed to you? Or did you redeem the voucher but just never got your first box? Are you getting any shipping notification emails? Have you logged into your Beauty DNA account to see if any items ever got put in your monthly beauty cabinet? Sorry for all the questions, just wondering where they went wrong and why. That’s totally not ok.

They have great boxes. However try to buy through a third party site. When I did their free trial, I never received the free trial, nor did my mom as I sent one to her and if she liked it, she also didn’t receive anything… So I emailed and cancelled within the month…yet the keep charging my card (twice now for each). They aren’t responding to me so I had to contact my bank and issue a block on the merchant. Paypal, gift card, or third party site, and you will get awesome boxes (I had subbed with the gilt city deal and it’s over now but never had to enter my card on that one)
